2、壓監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)方案。論文對傳感器的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)的應(yīng)變響應(yīng)以及實(shí)際應(yīng)用中多點(diǎn)監(jiān)測中涉及到的監(jiān)測組網(wǎng)。在詳細(xì)分析了煤礦工作面和巷道產(chǎn)生災(zāi)害的形成機(jī)理后,設(shè)計(jì)了一整套壓力、位移傳感器。為了驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)的傳感器使用功能,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定實(shí)驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn),結(jié)果證明達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。 在整個設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中,驗(yàn)證以下四個方面的問題: (1) 波長解調(diào)儀的波形重疊現(xiàn)象一直得不到解決,在查閱光學(xué)方面的文獻(xiàn)后,利用特殊結(jié)構(gòu)—等強(qiáng)度梁作為載體與光柵一同受力,可以解決

3、了了重疊和多波峰現(xiàn)象。 (2) 在智能材料選擇上,高彈材料是保證發(fā)生大應(yīng)變的首選,為了匹配光柵的精度,提高分辨率,必須要盡可能產(chǎn)生大應(yīng)變,又基于封裝的尺寸要求,通過對材料物理性質(zhì)的篩選,解決了材料選型的問題。 (3) 曲線擬合有很多方法:曲率積分求得曲線位置、曲率積分遞推曲線位置、曲率的雙線性插值等方法, 在巷道變形監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中采用曲率積分遞推曲線位置和曲率線性插值相結(jié)合的方式,利用數(shù)學(xué)遞推方法完成擬合。 (4) 在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中證明壓
