2、ies are being put forward and all kinds of measuring equipment are being marketed, but relying on a single measurement device is still unable to meet the needs of fast measurement for batch products in the industrial pro

3、duction. In order to address these issues, this article combines the existing measurement system of binocular stereo with the two-axis NC turntable and proposes a new method for rapid measurement for free surface product

4、. The main contents and results are as follows: 1, Binocular stereo measurement system which is using the two-axis NC turntable to realize the multi-view registration is proposed. To achieve the coordinated control of va

5、rious parts of the hardware, turntable motion control software and the measurement procedures are compiled. Compared to the measuring way which transforms perspective artificially, the operation for this measurement syst

6、em is more convenient and faster. 2, A new method for accurate calibration of the two axes of the NC turntable by using circular markers is presented. Compared to the calibration method by using the standard parts, this

7、method needs lower cost, the preparation work is relatively simple and a few circular markers are needed for the realization of the axis calibration. Finally, the feasibility of the calibration method proposed in this ar

8、ticle is demonstrated by the experiment. 3, The basic idea of the turntable registration is introduced according to the space coordinate transformation; Mathematical model of the registration of the point cloud data meas

9、ured from multi-view by using the NC turntable is built, and the measuring method for getting the full point cloud data on the surface of the product is further discussed. Finally, the feasibility of the two registration

10、 algorithm proposed in this article is demonstrated by the experiment. 4, Measurement path planning is studied from the perspective of software simulation and experiment. To some extent, the problems to control the data

11、overlap which is measured from multi-view can be solved, the efficiency of the measurement and the level of automation are also improved. Key Words: three-dimensional measurement; multi-view registration; NC turntable;
