2、in diverse forms since entering the new century. The new century officialdom novels as a tape of popular literature cause a grate repercussion in literary market. In the dual context of market economy， the literature has

3、 been pushed to the market. Thus, the consumer culture has exerted negative and positive impacts upon the literature. Popular literary works on the market not only have the Cultural attribute but also have the economic a

4、nd social attribute. Based on such changes, I will research one the new century officialdom novels with the western culture as the parameter. The new century officialdom novels boom in the golden period of the popular cu

5、lture. It has achieved the transcendence of the condemnation novels in late Qing Dynasty. This transcendence is not only reflected in the richness of the work itself but also in the sense of the times. The author of offi

6、cialdom novels is no longer confined to professional writers. Civil servant has become a major component of officialdom novel writers. Their creation has greatly enhanced the realistic sense of the novel. Pass the test o

7、f the network and the market, the officialdom novels of new century are developing in the direction toward the positive. We see that a large number of officialdom novel writers strive to enrich the content of the novel.

8、We should acknowledge the results of their efforts. Analysis of the new style of officialdom novels, exploring the development direction of literature in the new century and the development of officialdom novels, will br

9、ing us a forward-looking viewpoint. In this paper, the officialdom novels are placed under the market economy and consumption culture environment. I will explore the influence of the new century officialdom novels on the

10、 development of their own at the same time to resist the reality. This paper is divided into four parts. In the introduction part, I will state the development situation of officialdom novels which is adapted to the chan

11、ge of literary system, and put forward the academic circles to the problem of the lack of attention of officialdom novels. The main body of the article is divided into three chapters. Chapter one: social transformation a

12、nd the production of officialdom novels. Officialdom novels have profound historical and literary tradition in Chinese literature. This chapter redefines the concept of officialdom novels in the new century. I will have

13、a historical review of Chinese officialdom novels. To clarify the officialdom novels in the new century is to reaching the point of view of developing the condemnation novels. I will also clarify the cause of the new cen
