9、unshirkable responsibility, when facing with the severe test and the complex situation of food production. Henan Province always adheres to the coordinated development, tries to arouse the peasants’ initiative, and expan

10、ds the overall grain production capacity. During the Eleventh Five-Year Period, grain yield increases year after year in Henan Province, and the overall output attains a new height of more than 50 trillion kilograms for

11、five consecutive years, which effectively solves the problem of feeding a population of 100 billion, supplies more than 15 trillion kilograms marketable grains for other provinces, and lays a solid foundation for the nat

12、ional food security and the stable and rapid economic growth.1.3Reaching a certain scale of characteristic agriculture and green agricultural products In recent years, agricultural industrial clusters have initially take

13、n shape in some areas of Henan Province, according to local situations. At present, Henan Province has 581 1.3agricultural standardized demonstration bases at national, provincial, municipal and county levels. Among them
