4、 be more reliable guarantee. So they asked us to reduce the cost as much as possible to improve the reliability of cathodic protection at the same time. That is how to guarantee the anti-corrosion requirements, reduce th
5、e weight of the sacrificial anode blocks or use appropriate way reasonable alternative sacrificial anode has important engineering significance.This paper tries to use aluminum instead of aluminum sacrificial anode coati
6、ng in order to reduce the dosage of anode. Through laboratory accelerated simulated Marine corrosion test at low temperature, to study the corrosion resistance and the corrosion behavior is analyzed and discussed, and th
7、e aluminum coating under different conditions of cathodic protection of the corrosion rate was studied, and try to evaluate its life.Studies have shown that under all kinds of atmosphere, the aluminum alloy anode coating
8、 protective effect is better; Under the saturation of oxygen, aluminum coating has good corrosion protection effect. Alternative ways are higher than the life of a piece of the life of the sacrificial anode and the anode
9、 block + coating protective way more to prolong the life of both sides.Through observation of the specimen corrosion morphology, which can be found that, under the saturation of oxygen, aluminum sacrificial anode polariz
10、ation short time at the beginning of the cathodic protection, corrosion current is bigger, life is short; Aluminum coating the surface passivation continuously, life is long; In anode + coating, corrosion current smaller
