3、pacitors have made rapid development, and they have excellent characteristics, such as large capacity, broad operating temperature range and longer cycle life. Based on the above the promising application of them in the

4、fields such as mobile telecommunication, information technology, consumer eletronics, electric vehicle, aviation & aerospace, and military force, have been attracting more and more attention throughout the world. Th

5、e electrochemical-capacitors usually composed of electrode, electrolyte solution, membrance and packaging material. Among them, electrode material is the most important factor which restrict the development of th

6、e electrochemical-capacitors. Among several types of material studied for electrochemical-capacitors (various forms of carbon, conducting polymers, and transition metal oxides), transition metal oxides have receiv

7、ed much interests. Because RuO2·xH2O has a specific capacitance (SC) as high as 740F/g, it has been attracting more attention throughout the people in the beginning. Unfortunately, RuO2 is too expensive to be commer

8、cially attractive, which has stimulated a search for alternative transition metal oxides with capacitance close to that of RuO2·xH2O. In this thesis, we show preparation and supercapacitor performance of the oxide

9、of Mn, Ti and Bi which synthesized by solid-phase reaction at low-heating temperature. We have the conclusion as following: 1. Manganese oxide which seen as the material of supercapacitors was synthesized by solid state

10、 reaction at low-heating temperature. Manganese oxide which we discussed about with different molar ratio between Mn(Ac)2˙4H2O and NaOH, when the molar ratio of Mn(Ac)2˙4H2O and NaOH was 1:3.5, except convenient operati

11、on, sample has the best supercapacitor performance in 1mol/L KOH solution . For example, it has a specific capacitance (SC) as high as 339.4F/g at a constant charge-discharge current density of 500mA/g. 2. The superc
