1、在醫(yī)學(xué)上，當(dāng)出現(xiàn)一種新的醫(yī)療方法和藥物時，為了證明新方法的效用通常都要將新方法和現(xiàn)有方法進(jìn)行比較。這種比較通常用等價性和非劣性兩個指標(biāo)進(jìn)行判定。
本文研究的是2×2配對試驗數(shù)據(jù)的非劣行檢驗問題。本文先引入了在漸進(jìn)正態(tài)分布下的具約束條件Fieller型的極大似然估計估計方法。本文則重新定義了統(tǒng)計量，用極大似然估計的方法去估計參數(shù)，并在配對表中數(shù)據(jù)服從四項分布的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行非劣性檢驗。本文得出了檢驗功效和計算樣本量的函數(shù)。我們的
