2、uments to finish the task of well logging.The traditional TCC was composed of small scaled Intergrated Circuit, linear and discretecomponent. Its stability and anti-jamming ability was not good. With the development ofmi
3、cro-electronics and EDA technique, these problems can be solved by using FPGA and thetop-down design method in the electronic design.In this paper the TCC digital part is intergrated in single chip by the method of using
4、FPGA device.There are several aspects of work that is done in this thesis mainly. Firstly,based on researching and analyzing the theory of TCC, design project is proposed whichincluded partitioning modules, design flow a
5、nd choosing the FPGA chip. Secondly, the designmethod of each module is introduced .Then each module is finished by using VHDL andvalidated by functional simulation. Finally, after all function modules are combined, thew
6、hole TCC digital system is designed based on the series product SPARTAN2 of XILINXFPGA devices. The design process includes synthesis, place and route, post-simulation, etc.Simulation results indicates TCC can implement
7、the function correctly according to thedesign require. Compared with the traditional TCC, the next generation TCC has the virtuesof better dependability, lower power and better anti-jamming ability. Also it can support i
