簡介:上海海事大學碩士學位論文上海地區(qū)內(nèi)河水路運輸統(tǒng)計調(diào)查方法研究姓名文揚申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學指導(dǎo)教師肖昭媛20040601摘要交通運輸業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分,而其中內(nèi)河水路運輸在整個交通運輸業(yè)中占據(jù)的地位越來越重要,相應(yīng)地,對于內(nèi)河水路運輸?shù)慕y(tǒng)計調(diào)查,也越來越受到全國及各省市的普遍重視,進而對開展內(nèi)河水路運輸統(tǒng)計調(diào)查也提出了更高更新的要求,以便通過科學合理的統(tǒng)計調(diào)查,獲取有利于內(nèi)河港口建設(shè)及管理、內(nèi)河航道規(guī)劃等的重要數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計指標?;趦?nèi)河水路運輸統(tǒng)計調(diào)查的重要性和現(xiàn)實意義,交通部早在1993年就開始了對于全國水路運輸量統(tǒng)計調(diào)查方法研究。上海地區(qū)做為內(nèi)河航運最發(fā)達的地區(qū),在這方面的探索和研究是走在全國各省市前列的。本文通過對美國水路運輸量統(tǒng)計調(diào)查體系的研究,指出依托港航監(jiān)督部門開展內(nèi)河水路運輸量統(tǒng)計調(diào)查在上海地區(qū)以及與上海地區(qū)具有類似港監(jiān)部門職能系統(tǒng)的省市是可行的。通過對上海地區(qū)水路運輸現(xiàn)行統(tǒng)計調(diào)查方法的實證及本質(zhì)分析,對現(xiàn)行方法進行了全面而深入的評價,從現(xiàn)行方法本身及推斷效果兩個層面來加以分析和評價。在此過程中,結(jié)合實際數(shù)據(jù),就典型調(diào)查中最優(yōu)典型的確定原則,展開了詳細探討,并給出可供選擇和參考的最優(yōu)典型。最后,就現(xiàn)行方法從抽樣到推算,提出可行性建議;并指出隨著水路運輸統(tǒng)計調(diào)查信息化的趨勢,上海地區(qū)內(nèi)河水路運輸統(tǒng)計調(diào)查面臨的問題和進一步應(yīng)開展的工作。關(guān)鍵詞水路運輸,典型調(diào)查,抽樣調(diào)查,抽樣,推算2
