簡介:聲明本學位論文是我在導師的指導下取得的研究成果,盡我所知,在本學位論文中,除了加以標注和致謝的部分外,不包含其他人已經(jīng)發(fā)表或公布過的研究成果,也不包含我為獲得任何教育機構的學位或學歷而使用過的材料。與我一同工作的同事對本學位論文做出的貢獻均已在論文中作了明確的說明。研究生簽名P凡年妒7口日學位論文使用授權聲明南京理工大學有權保存本學位論文的電子和紙質文檔,可以借閱或上網(wǎng)公布本學位論文的部分或全部內容,可以向有關部門或機構送交并授權其保存、借閱或上網(wǎng)公布本學位論文的部分或全部內容。對于保密論文,按保密的有關規(guī)定和程序處理。研究生簽名;坼≯礦億年凋Z汐日碩士論文航空發(fā)動機機匣包容性準則數(shù)值與實驗初探摘要\嘲Y帆2吣0叭6桃M1帆9啪6\\L\2帆機匣包容性研究是航空發(fā)動機設計中重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),由于航空發(fā)動機轉子上的葉片意外斷裂可能會導致嚴重的航空事故,所以,發(fā)展適用的設計方法以包容高能量的飛斷葉片非常重要。本學位論文研究了航空發(fā)動機機匣的包容性問題,對葉片撞擊機匣的機理進行了分析,建立了適應于靶板撞擊試驗的新的包容準則。首先,進行了雙層間隔的平板打靶試驗,通過試驗分析了雙層機匣層距問題對機匣包容能力的影響,對于雙層機匣的可行性進行了研究;其次,進行了加強筋靶板的打靶試驗,通過試驗發(fā)現(xiàn),縱向加強筋對于板的彎曲變形起到了很好抵抗作用,并隨加強筋的根數(shù)增多其抗彎曲作用逐漸增大,加強筋對靶板被撞擊部位的局部剪切變形影響較??;放射狀加強筋對于靶板的局部抗剪切變形和抗彎曲變形能力有著一定的提升,但由于其本身具有的放射狀構造的特性,其抗剪能力只限于放射狀筋的中心地帶。進行了覆蓋L、2、3、4毫米四種厚度凱夫拉的金屬靶板打靶試驗,通過試驗對金屬靶板外側纏繞凱芙拉材料后的包容能力進行研究。分析了葉片侵徹機匣的機理,本文創(chuàng)新性的將葉片侵徹機匣過程簡化為薄板在強載荷作用下的動力彎曲與穿孔問題的結合,對葉片撞擊平板機匣過程進行了理論建模,初步建立了一種新的包容性分析方法。通過數(shù)值試驗的方法對撞擊過程中葉片、靶板的能量變化、撓度變形及受力情況進行了分析,考慮了葉片塑性變形的影響,修正了以破壞一一一一勢能法為基礎的機匣包容經(jīng)驗公式,使得新的準則相對于舊的沒有那么保守,更具有實用性。關鍵詞航空發(fā)動機,包容性,打靶試驗,數(shù)值分析,新包容準則

簡介:中國科學技術大學博士學位論文基于證據(jù)理論的在軌航天器故障診斷方法研究姓名梁偉光申請學位級別博士專業(yè)導航、制導與控制指導教師王永周建亮201105摘要II驗進行驗證。本文第五章選用了協(xié)同工作類故障和振動發(fā)散類故障兩類有代表性故障進行實驗研究。其中,協(xié)同工作類故障的實驗數(shù)據(jù)采用航天實測數(shù)據(jù),振動發(fā)散類故障的數(shù)據(jù)選用具有代表性的隔振系統(tǒng)振動發(fā)散類故障數(shù)據(jù)。分別從故障表現(xiàn)、證據(jù)生成、融合診斷等方面對診斷過程加以實現(xiàn),并根據(jù)振動發(fā)散類故障診斷過程中出現(xiàn)的傳感器數(shù)據(jù)傳輸出錯的問題進行了容錯性改進,設計了證據(jù)重構方法。未備案故障的診斷具有重要意義,但利用現(xiàn)有的證據(jù)理論融合診斷框架無法實現(xiàn)對未備案故障的診斷。本文第六章對利用證據(jù)理論診斷未備案故障的問題進行了探索性研究。首先分析了未備案故障的證據(jù)表現(xiàn)形式,進而選取開放世界思想和證據(jù)折扣方法形成了融合診斷機理。分別考慮故障焦元無交集和有傳遞性交集的兩種情況,對開放框架下的折扣融合過程進行理論推導,并設計仿真實驗驗證了方法在診斷未備案故障方面的有效性與合理性。關鍵詞關鍵詞證據(jù)理論故障診斷信息融合在軌航天器信息熵診斷窗口協(xié)同工作振動發(fā)散未備案故障開放診斷框架證據(jù)折扣
