簡(jiǎn)介:華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文史氏鱘在擁擠脅迫中的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)姓名石小濤申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)水生生物學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師龍良啟20060601華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)2006屆碩十學(xué)位論文各密度組的各血液生化成分水平血糖GLU、直接膽紅索DBILL、總膽紅素TBILL、總蛋白TP、膽固醇CHOL、甘油三酯TRIG、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶AST,谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶ALT、尿素UREA、肌酐CI遭A、堿性磷酸酶AKP、乳酸脫氫酶LDHL均相似,各密度組相比無(wú)顯著差異。綜合前面短期和長(zhǎng)期擁擠脅迫對(duì)鱘魚(yú)的影響,在擁擠脅迫第15D時(shí)的史氏鱘稚魚(yú)部分血液指標(biāo)與初始值變化顯著,部分指標(biāo)則對(duì)擁擠脅迫不敏感,在長(zhǎng)期試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)60D所有的指標(biāo)均無(wú)顯著差異,呈現(xiàn)恢復(fù)的趨勢(shì),各成分的代謝達(dá)到了某種動(dòng)態(tài)平衡,進(jìn)而我們推論擁擠脅迫對(duì)史氏鱘稚魚(yú)在生長(zhǎng)上的抑制可能源于魚(yú)體在短期內(nèi)的生理平衡被打破。關(guān)鍵詞擁擠脅迫;史氏鱘生理;生化;免疫;消化率;攝食率;生長(zhǎng)IL

簡(jiǎn)介:STUDYONBIOMASSANDCARBONSTORAGEOFPOPULUSDELTOIDESOFEASTDONGTINGAREABYZOUYIFENATHESISSUBMITTEDINPARTIALSATISFACTIONOFTHEREQUIREMENTSFORTHEDEGREEOFMASTEROFAGRICULTURALEXTENSIONLNFORESTRYSUPERVISORPROFESSORTANGDAISHENGCENTRALSOUTHUNIVERSITYOFFORESTRYANDTECHNOLOGY498SHAOSHANSOUTHROAD,TIANXINDISTRICTCHANGSHAHUNAN410004,RRCHINANOVEMBER,2015摘要以東洞庭湖區(qū)丘陵和灘涂?jī)煞N生境的2年生、7年生、11年生、18年生美洲黑楊POUH,S如7,O『C蛔人工林為研究對(duì)象,樣方每木檢尺結(jié)合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)木測(cè)量法,對(duì)美洲黑楊單株各組分、全株林分生物量、碳儲(chǔ)量進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,建立美洲黑楊單株各組分及全株的數(shù)學(xué)模型,得到了模型方程公式。研究成果為洞庭湖區(qū)美洲黑楊人工林種植地選擇、撫育問(wèn)伐、林分經(jīng)營(yíng)方式的選擇等提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。主要研究結(jié)論如下東洞庭湖區(qū)美洲黑楊在丘陵和灘涂?jī)煞N不同的生境中表現(xiàn)為造林后前2年生長(zhǎng)緩慢,27年間進(jìn)入速生期,11年左右接近成熟,此時(shí)是木材最佳利用時(shí)期。灘涂人工林林分密度、單株平均胸徑、平均樹(shù)高等數(shù)值均高于丘陵人工林林分,說(shuō)明灘涂地更適宜于美洲黑楊,在洞庭湖區(qū)灘涂種植美洲黑楊的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)意義和對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的貢獻(xiàn)力等方面優(yōu)異于丘陵。美洲黑楊的林分生物量和碳儲(chǔ)量在不同生境均表現(xiàn)為隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)而單調(diào)增長(zhǎng)。但不同年齡和生境的增長(zhǎng)不盡相同;中齡林時(shí)期最快,美洲黑楊灘涂人工林比丘陵人工林增長(zhǎng)速度快;不同組分增長(zhǎng)速度不一致,樹(shù)干最快,樹(shù)皮最慢。地下生物量的增長(zhǎng)變化表現(xiàn)為主根粗根須根。美洲黑楊及人工林林分總碳儲(chǔ)量的變化趨勢(shì)與生物量基本相同,經(jīng)測(cè)定發(fā)現(xiàn),美洲黑楊人工林的單株總碳儲(chǔ)量分別是對(duì)應(yīng)生物量的1/2左右,這一結(jié)果同樣佐證了生物量與碳儲(chǔ)量的關(guān)系系數(shù)值接近05這一論點(diǎn)。但不同組分的碳儲(chǔ)量與生物量的關(guān)系系數(shù)并不都是接近O5,如,樹(shù)葉的含碳率較低,僅有032,而樹(shù)干的含碳率達(dá)到了O53。關(guān)鍵詞美洲黑楊;洞庭湖區(qū);碳儲(chǔ)量;生物量;模型分析

簡(jiǎn)介:簍萎夫?qū)W農(nóng)業(yè)推廣碩士學(xué)位論文鰻鱺病原菌感染美洲鰻鱺后的病理觀察PATHOLOGICALOBSERVATIONOFAMERICANEELINFECTEDBYBACTERIALPATHOGENSFROMDISEASEDEELS領(lǐng)域名稱漁些鰻鱺病原菌感染美洲鰻鱺后的病理觀察摘要鰻鱺因味道鮮美,經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值高,是我國(guó)重要的海水養(yǎng)殖品種。上世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),我國(guó)養(yǎng)殖鰻鱺細(xì)菌性疾病頻發(fā),給鰻鱺養(yǎng)殖業(yè)帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。本研究利用嗜水氣單胞菌、簡(jiǎn)達(dá)氣單胞菌、遲鈍愛(ài)德華氏菌和創(chuàng)傷弧菌分別攻毒感染美洲鰻鱺,采集死亡或?yàn)l死鰻鱺的臟器,通過(guò)病理組織切片染色觀察其病理變化。同時(shí)采集人工感染簡(jiǎn)達(dá)氣單胞菌和遲鈍愛(ài)德華氏菌的鰻鱺臟器進(jìn)行超薄切片,通過(guò)電鏡染色技術(shù)對(duì)臟器的組織與細(xì)胞內(nèi)部病理變化進(jìn)行了觀察,研究結(jié)果為鰻鱺感染4種病原菌的病理診斷及其免疫防治提供依據(jù)。論文內(nèi)容詳述如下1感染嗜水氣單胞菌后美洲鰻鱺注射部位潰瘍,腎小球毛細(xì)血管腫脹,腎小囊囊腔狹窄;腎間質(zhì)出血;。腎小管變性崩解。肝臟彌散性出血,肝細(xì)胞水腫變圓,空泡變性。脾淋巴細(xì)胞明顯減少,白髓幾乎消失;脾炎性水腫;脾間質(zhì)小動(dòng)脈管壁嚴(yán)重水腫增厚。心肌纖維出現(xiàn)不同程度的顆粒變性,變性纖維渾濁腫脹。2簡(jiǎn)達(dá)氣單胞菌感染后的美洲鰻鱺注射部位潰爛,肝組織發(fā)炎,吞噬細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn),肝細(xì)胞空泡變性。心臟血管擴(kuò)張形成血栓。脾臟組織造血細(xì)胞壞死,脾間質(zhì)動(dòng)脈管壁水腫增厚。腎臟腎小球解體,大量淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn),腎小管崩解。3遲鈍愛(ài)德華氏菌感染后的美洲鰻鱺可發(fā)生急性和慢性炎癥。急性炎癥時(shí)可見(jiàn)肝組織多發(fā)性壞死灶,周圍可見(jiàn)吞噬細(xì)菌的巨噬細(xì)胞聚集,肝細(xì)胞變性、壞死;慢性感染病魚(yú)肝組織大面積高度纖維化,肝細(xì)胞壞死,細(xì)胞間質(zhì)增寬,間質(zhì)內(nèi)充滿膽汁和單核巨噬細(xì)胞,肝臟中央靜脈血管壁擴(kuò)張。4創(chuàng)傷弧菌感染后的美洲鰻鱺可見(jiàn)心外膜水腫增寬,出現(xiàn)卵圓形“結(jié)節(jié)”。脾臟發(fā)炎,紅髓區(qū)出現(xiàn)大量的淋巴細(xì)胞,紅細(xì)胞明顯減少。脾臟充血、出血;脾臟實(shí)質(zhì)細(xì)胞壞死,細(xì)胞間質(zhì)增寬?!I臟可見(jiàn)腎小管上皮細(xì)胞壞死后崩解,腎小管管腔消失;腎小球變性壞死;腎間質(zhì)增寬、出血,大量紅細(xì)胞變性壞死。肝細(xì)胞水腫,膽管堵塞,其內(nèi)充滿膽汁;肝細(xì)胞嚴(yán)重水腫,空泡變性,部分細(xì)胞壞死。5遲鈍愛(ài)德華氏菌感染鰻鱺后超微病理變化表現(xiàn)為腎小球毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張;腎小管上皮細(xì)胞腫大。簡(jiǎn)達(dá)氣單胞菌感染后,鰻鱺腎小管間的造血組織病變明顯,血竇周圍基質(zhì)消失,紅細(xì)胞大量壞死;肝組織出血;脾實(shí)質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)松散,病變嚴(yán)重的造血細(xì)胞核染色質(zhì)濃縮;心外膜炎,外膜出現(xiàn)大量的纖維素樣贅生物質(zhì)。關(guān)鍵詞嗜水氣單胞菌,簡(jiǎn)達(dá)氣單胞菌,愛(ài)德華氏菌,創(chuàng)傷弧菌,美洲鰻鱺,病理變化
