簡(jiǎn)介:我的社會(huì)實(shí)踐報(bào)告班級(jí)商務(wù)133班學(xué)號(hào)2013040103312姓名鄧惠碧正文社會(huì)實(shí)踐是讓我們大學(xué)生可以從大學(xué)校園走出來(lái),走向社會(huì),走進(jìn)生活,懂得謀生的艱辛,學(xué)會(huì)謀生的技能。在注重綜合能力的今日,寒暑假社會(huì)實(shí)踐被作為促進(jìn)學(xué)生技能培訓(xùn),加強(qiáng)身體和心理素質(zhì),學(xué)會(huì)校園內(nèi)學(xué)不到的技能的第一步。一個(gè)學(xué)期眨眼就過(guò)去,寒假有一個(gè)多月,我覺(jué)得應(yīng)該好好找個(gè)工作然后好好做,辛苦點(diǎn)也沒(méi)關(guān)系。但是礙于家里有點(diǎn)事,我媽說(shuō)不如就像暑假那樣去幼兒園幫幫忙,剛好時(shí)間方面適合。這次還有我的同學(xué)一起來(lái)幫忙,雖然時(shí)間不長(zhǎng),也讓我覺(jué)得很開(kāi)心。時(shí)間過(guò)得飛快,轉(zhuǎn)眼間我的社會(huì)實(shí)踐任務(wù)已經(jīng)結(jié)束了?;叵肫饎傞_(kāi)始工作的時(shí)候,對(duì)于在幼兒園工作仍然感覺(jué)很新鮮,不過(guò)去年暑假也來(lái)幫忙過(guò),所以工作上挺熟練了。這次更多是在照顧小孩上學(xué)到了新知識(shí)。像在做早操這件事就有各種情況發(fā)生,我在的那個(gè)班里有個(gè)小朋友,在這里叫他小雄吧,他是個(gè)很有個(gè)性的孩子,學(xué)習(xí)很認(rèn)真,但是不愿聽(tīng)老師的意見(jiàn),喜歡怎樣就怎樣。有一天早上,大家都像往常一樣非常認(rèn)真地跟著老師做早操,可是小雄蹲著玩地上的樹(shù)葉,老師問(wèn)他為什么不做早操,他說(shuō)做早操?zèng)]意思,讓他站起來(lái),一轉(zhuǎn)身,他又蹲下去,老師怎么哄他都不聽(tīng)。直到早操結(jié)束,我走也能運(yùn)用到我們平時(shí)的待人接物,盡管我們長(zhǎng)大了我們還是有缺乏自信的問(wèn)題,所以或許我們也能幫助身邊的一些缺乏自信的朋友,或者可能是自己。這次的實(shí)習(xí)能獲得這么多的進(jìn)步真的要感謝這么多老師和小孩們,畢竟我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)少,很多時(shí)候都要她們幫忙。雖然不是第一次做,在工作中仍會(huì)有犯錯(cuò)的時(shí)候,還好他們沒(méi)有太多的責(zé)怪,反而給予我很多幫助和指導(dǎo),他們鼓勵(lì)我不懂就問(wèn),提醒我要珍惜時(shí)間,這些我都牢記在心里。特別從小孩們身上我學(xué)到了很多,他們的懂事,他們的可愛(ài),讓我覺(jué)得我長(zhǎng)大了反而沒(méi)他們厲害。下面是我這次社會(huì)實(shí)踐的體會(huì)心得社會(huì)實(shí)踐已經(jīng)結(jié)束了,在這段難忘的日子里,讓我對(duì)在社會(huì)上工作有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)和看法,只有自己經(jīng)歷過(guò)才會(huì)明白這個(gè)社會(huì)的人是如此不同,跟在學(xué)校遇到的要不同,遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有我們想象中這么美好,但也沒(méi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上說(shuō)的怎么恐怖。不管怎樣,都要保持自我的美好,應(yīng)該對(duì)社會(huì)抱有希望,擁有期望始終比頹廢放棄要好得多。在大學(xué)里,我們還是一張白紙,只有通過(guò)實(shí)踐才能真正認(rèn)識(shí)到社會(huì),在這次實(shí)踐中,我能親身感受到工作中的人情世故,在磕磕碰碰中一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)地積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)和學(xué)習(xí)待人接物之道。也讓我從中挖掘到自己的能力,同時(shí)認(rèn)識(shí)到自己在不同方面的缺點(diǎn)和不足,例如在工作中還是缺乏積極性。幼兒園的工作每天都是千篇一律,但是每天都是不一樣的,雖然都是已經(jīng)比我小很多的小孩,不同的小孩都有著不同的性格,對(duì)

簡(jiǎn)介:我的社會(huì)實(shí)踐報(bào)告享游獅山,與你相聚班級(jí)秘書131學(xué)號(hào)2013040401349姓名祝小芳2014年5月份,自從程主任和班主任把項(xiàng)目交給了我負(fù)責(zé)后,當(dāng)時(shí),身為班長(zhǎng)的我,便開(kāi)始帶領(lǐng)10個(gè)班委為這個(gè)公益性項(xiàng)目努力,10個(gè)班委,每人負(fù)責(zé)一部分,我負(fù)責(zé)總的,大家效率特別高,就幾天的時(shí)間我們就把一份完整的投標(biāo)書做好了,在接下來(lái)的項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)書中,我們的投標(biāo)書是全場(chǎng)三十多個(gè)項(xiàng)目中做得最出色的,得了第一。這個(gè)好消息讓我們班委十分開(kāi)心,大家心底悠然而生一種自豪感,而且,這是我們第一次跟校外的單位接觸,而我們做的又是公益性事情,項(xiàng)目的投標(biāo)是多么的順利,這一切是多么的美好,所以,大家都是一股干勁,而作為項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人的我,心中是充滿了感激與沖勁,感激在10個(gè)班委的協(xié)助下,把項(xiàng)目拿下來(lái)才如此的順利,沖勁的事,項(xiàng)目、項(xiàng)目、聽(tīng)起來(lái)就讓人覺(jué)得激動(dòng),我不在再把眼光只放在管理一個(gè)班級(jí)的上面了,接觸到外面,我相信真正的實(shí)踐可以讓我學(xué)到很多課堂上學(xué)不到的東西,而我此刻也相信,通過(guò)這個(gè)項(xiàng)多東西好的方面親子家庭總的情況大家還是玩得比較開(kāi)心的,小朋友也很喜歡和義工們玩耍,而且,大家沒(méi)有遇到什么危險(xiǎn),這次活動(dòng)總體是順利進(jìn)行的。不足之處由于活動(dòng)開(kāi)展前我們沒(méi)有跟家長(zhǎng)見(jiàn)過(guò)面和初次接觸經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,并沒(méi)有在前一天以短信方式提醒參與者的著裝要求和時(shí)間觀念等注意事項(xiàng),所以,義工們向我反映,個(gè)別家長(zhǎng)那天早上還是穿著睡衣過(guò)去的,也有部分家長(zhǎng),遲到,使計(jì)劃中的出發(fā)時(shí)間推遲了半個(gè)小時(shí)。另外,由于此次活動(dòng)我們還沒(méi)申請(qǐng)到經(jīng)費(fèi)(對(duì)方說(shuō)最早要四天后才能申請(qǐng)到),物資什么的都是我們幾個(gè)義工先出的,所以,經(jīng)費(fèi)有限,導(dǎo)致獎(jiǎng)品有限,在玩游戲的時(shí)候,實(shí)行贏著有獎(jiǎng)品的策略,但是,畢竟是小孩子,輸了沒(méi)有獎(jiǎng)品,因此,有個(gè)別小孩哭了,這是我們做得不好的地方,本來(lái)我們的宗旨就是要讓大家開(kāi)心快樂(lè)的。
