簡介:20102011工作總結(jié)工作總結(jié)自2010年3月參加工作至今已將近十個(gè)月了。在這段時(shí)間里,在單位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及同事的幫助帶領(lǐng)下,按照崗位職責(zé)要求和行為規(guī)范,努力做好本職工作,認(rèn)真完成了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)所交給的各項(xiàng)工作,在思想覺悟及工作能力方面有了很大的提高。在思想上積極向上,積極學(xué)習(xí)政治理論,堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則,遵紀(jì)守法,愛崗敬業(yè),具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感和事業(yè)心。積極主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)知識(shí),工作態(tài)度端正,認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)、思想品質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德。在工作上,熱愛本職工作,能夠正確認(rèn)真的對待每一項(xiàng)工作,能夠把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的任務(wù)按質(zhì)按量完成,能夠主動(dòng)尋找自己的不足并及時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)補(bǔ)充。工作能力及專業(yè)知識(shí)方面,來單位的前三個(gè)月,主要是做輔助招標(biāo)代理工作。項(xiàng)目從頭做到尾的每個(gè)細(xì)節(jié),都需要足夠的耐心,還需要把各方溝通協(xié)調(diào)好。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的熱心幫助,詳細(xì)講解下,也了解和參與了一些具體工作,工作雖瑣碎,但是收獲很大。主要有以下方面一、在工作期間項(xiàng)目備案時(shí),要把項(xiàng)目前期材料準(zhǔn)備齊全,而且最好是原件,同樣,這些東西自己要留一份復(fù)印件。去招標(biāo)辦備案時(shí)要知道項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人,為了項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)展順利,溝通起來會(huì)很方便。報(bào)名時(shí),要仔細(xì)看好報(bào)名單位的證件,填寫報(bào)名表時(shí)要準(zhǔn)確無誤,不漏項(xiàng)。如果是需要資格預(yù)審的項(xiàng)目則是需要領(lǐng)取資格預(yù)審文件,開資格預(yù)審會(huì),資格預(yù)審會(huì)一般采用有限數(shù)量制,然后領(lǐng)取招標(biāo)文件,開招標(biāo)會(huì)。若不需要資格預(yù)審,則直接領(lǐng)取招標(biāo)文件,開招標(biāo)會(huì)。招標(biāo)會(huì)結(jié)束后,則要把整個(gè)招標(biāo)過程中產(chǎn)生的文件匯總成冊,一式五份。原件留給招標(biāo)辦,甲方和我們各留一份,剩下兩份留作備用。在工作期間,我不錯(cuò)過,不浪費(fèi)每一次鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì),加速自身知識(shí)的不斷更新和自身素質(zhì)的提高。同時(shí),利用閑余時(shí)間向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及同事請教有關(guān)招標(biāo)代理及有關(guān)招標(biāo)代理的各種知識(shí),使自己成為適合招標(biāo)工作的人員。在工作這段期間,我接觸了很多涉及不同領(lǐng)域的項(xiàng)目,印象深刻的有幾個(gè)。首先是哈藥集團(tuán)重要二廠的項(xiàng)目,由于一個(gè)字的疏忽,導(dǎo)致整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的備案過程重新再來一遍,浪費(fèi)了不少財(cái)力物力,而且這件事也讓我懊惱了很久,但是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并沒有責(zé)怪我,只讓我下次多仔細(xì)一些,真的謝謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的寬容,要不我還不能釋懷呢。從此之后,我知道了在輸入報(bào)名單位名稱的時(shí)候要按照他們的公章一字不差的輸入,輸入完成后還要認(rèn)真檢查兩遍。其次是哈爾濱第四醫(yī)院改擴(kuò)建工程,幫同事給四院的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)送一份材料,由于先前的和現(xiàn)在的在用詞方面有些變動(dòng),四院的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)便錙銖必較起來,我只能認(rèn)真耐心仔細(xì)的解釋給他聽,而且還用到了一些招標(biāo)方面的知識(shí),還好順利過關(guān),只是從四院出來后我長噓一口氣,還好他問的我知道,不然就尷尬了,以后要再加強(qiáng)專業(yè)知識(shí)的積累。最后比較波折的是哈爾濱市第五醫(yī)院的項(xiàng)目,接觸了在招標(biāo)范圍內(nèi)以外的人,學(xué)到了一點(diǎn)接觸人技巧。招標(biāo)工作基本上和施工工作是同步的,在哈爾濱這個(gè)地方,夏天的項(xiàng)目特別多,所以加班時(shí)常有的事,印象中是哈投集中供熱的項(xiàng)目,清單來了,要求當(dāng)天必須弄出來,這是我第一次弄清單,方法上還不夠熟練,我和同事就加班干,晚飯時(shí)間過了,還沒弄出什么來,而且清單都是表格形式的讓人看著眼花,饑餓、疲憊加厭煩,導(dǎo)致效率越來越低。只好休息一下調(diào)整一下情緒。不過還好在晚上十點(diǎn)多終于把清單調(diào)完了,拍手由于這邊的人手不足,我就兼職起跑銀行的工作,接觸銀行瑣碎,而且要求的特別嚴(yán)格,這樣更鍛煉我的耐心,對工作也是有很大幫助的。二、工作中尚存在的問題從事招標(biāo)工作以來,深深感受到工作的繁忙、責(zé)任的重大;大事、小事壓在身上,往往重視了這頭,卻忽視了那頭,有點(diǎn)頭輕腳重,沒能全方位地進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地工作,工作時(shí)還不夠足夠的細(xì)心。爭取在今后的工作中自己將努力做到更好。在實(shí)習(xí)和工作的這段時(shí)間里,我對整個(gè)招標(biāo)工作有了系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí),這對我今后招標(biāo)工作中有很大的指導(dǎo)作用。三、今后的工作打算通過總結(jié)這段時(shí)間的工作,盡管有了一定的進(jìn)步和成績,但在一些方面還存在不足,對有些領(lǐng)域的招標(biāo)工作不是十分了解,個(gè)別工作做得還不夠完善。在今后的工作中,我將努力找出工作中的不足,以便在以后的工作中加以克服,同時(shí)還需要多看書,認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)好規(guī)范規(guī)程及有關(guān)文件資料,掌握好專業(yè)知識(shí),提高自己的工作能力,加強(qiáng)工作責(zé)任感,及時(shí)做好個(gè)人的各項(xiàng)工作。不斷的總結(jié)與反省,不斷地鞭策自己并充實(shí)能量,提高自身素質(zhì)與業(yè)務(wù)水平,以適應(yīng)時(shí)代和企業(yè)的發(fā)展,與公司共同進(jìn)步、共同成長。在這里工作很開心,一個(gè)好的工作環(huán)境主要取決于領(lǐng)導(dǎo),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我們足夠的空間,而且領(lǐng)導(dǎo)像是大家長,想著每一個(gè)人,照顧著每一個(gè)人。這就讓我們工作起來特別帶勁。非常感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)這段時(shí)間的培養(yǎng)。
