4、tion on energy level. Then, In the present work, a systematic computation on the transition among 4f and lower configurations for NII ions is carried out by considering relativistic, electron correlation, relaxation effe

5、cts, Breit interaction and quantum electrodynamic effects. The lower odd and even pary include 2s12p3, 2p3s, 2p3d, 2p4s, 2p4d and 2p2, 2p3p,2p4p ,respectively. Transition probabilities of the electric-dipole allowed (E

6、1) and forbidden (E2, M1, M2) transition among the 4f and lower configurations of NII ions are obtained, and the transition probabilities value of the electric-dipole allowed (E1) is well consistent with available exper
