47、列的影響。 1.電子商務(wù)及物流的概念 1.1電子商務(wù)的概念和特征 所謂的電子商務(wù)就是“通過(guò)電子方式進(jìn)行商務(wù)活動(dòng),即把文字、聲音和圖象等形式的數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)電子信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)如國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)(Internet)、企業(yè)內(nèi)部網(wǎng)(Intranet)或企業(yè)外部網(wǎng)(Extranet)實(shí)現(xiàn)的商務(wù)活動(dòng)”[1]。 電子商務(wù)能提高物流效率、減少錯(cuò)誤、降低商務(wù)交易成本,而且由于電子信息有不受時(shí)空限制的特點(diǎn),可以
