3、itydependabilitybetweenmemberswhichwillallowindividualganizationstoplaneffectively.Alsoconflictarisesinchannelsbecausememberssometimeshaveincompatiblegoalsdifferingideasastothefunctionseachshouldperfmdifferingperceptions
4、ofreality.Thisconflictneedstobecontrolledsothatitdoesnotdisruptchannelfunctioning.Powerrathertheuseofpowerbyindividualchannelmemberstoaffectthedecisionmakingbehaviofoneanother(whetherdeliberatenot)isthemechanismbywhichth
5、echannelisganizedderlybehavipreserved.Thisisnotmeanttoimplythatganizationsnecessarilysetoutdeliberatelytoganizethechannelbutthatthisganizationofthechannelarisesoutofindividualganizationsadjustingtheirbehavitooneanotherin
6、relationtothepowertheyeachhaveuse.Howeverinsomechannelsfirm(s)mayassumealeadershiprolemakedeliberateattemptstoganizethechannelmakinguseoftheirpower.Poweristhemeansbywhichcooperationbetweenindividualchannelmembers’activit
