13、erthathasfmallyagreedtoremainapartytotheextendedcuts.TheexpectationsofoilmarketparticipantsregardingtheOPECannouncementwerelikelyalreadysettledintheweeksleadinguptothemeetingasvariousOPECministersmadepubliccommentsaboute

14、xtendingthecuts.Althoughfrontmonthcrudeoilpricesdeclinedbyalmost5%onthedayoftheannouncementsuggestingmanyparticipantswereexpectingalargerlongercutpricescontinuedtradingwithinarangeestablishedoverthepast68monthsaroundthe$
