2、ormatization has become inevitably, Chinese education informationization reform is necessary. Basic education is the foundation of education, and the elementary education reform is needed urgently. Education informatizat
3、ion is dependent on the teacher education informatization; educational technology ability training of teachers is requested of the era. The members of “Dreamhigh Project” are mainly composed of Educational Technology pos
4、tgraduates. The project is a public welfare activity that shares resources of new ideas, new technology, new knowledge in the field of education for primary and secondary school teachers. “Dreamhigh Project” improves Edu
5、cational Technology ability, provides new model for teacher educational technology ability training and promotes reform and development of basic education. At the same time, the project offers a practical opportunity, wh
6、ich can let graduate students integrate theory with practice and improve themselves in practice. This article evaluates “Dreamhigh Project”, analyzes the success and shortage of the project activity and offers advice for
7、 the later development. The author hopes the thesis is of some use for project development, teacher educational technology ability training and Educational Technology postgraduate training. The article is divided into fi
8、ve sections: The first part discusses the research background, intention, significance, methods and research topics related to research status in China and abroad. The second part of this study introduces background, nat
9、ure, goal and content. The third part evaluates the specific implementation of “Dreamhigh Project“ from trainees, trainers, elementary education reform and Education Technology graduate practical courses; The fourth part
10、 of thesis is to summarize success and shortcomings of the project and offers advice for the later development. The fifth part of this article gives a short summary. Key Words: Dreamhigh Project;teacher educational techn
