4、f law is that they have a virtuous belief. In the process of development, Christianity has the significant influence on the theories of the rights protection, the authority restriction, people sovereignty and the constit

5、ution to the superior. The spirit of contract in the Bible and the concept of freedom of contract in ancient Roman society not only promoted the emergence and development of commodity economy in late Middle ages, but als

6、o contributed to the formation of the concept of popular sovereignty. Christianity belief in the “original sin” theory, “faith justice” and faith doctrine are fitting the development of commodity economy, resulting in a

7、modern law of the right to equality, freedom and the concept of constitutional supremacy and other rights. The power of thought inherited by the Christian church, including the secular power in the part of legislative an

8、d judicial powers of the executive, Christianity provides a psychological and historical basis for the modern doctrine of separation of powers and the establishment of decentralized system in the western countries. The w

9、estern rule of law is inextricably linked with Christianity. Without Christianity, it would be hard to imagine what it is like with that of western society. This thesis based on the topic of “Christianity belief and the

10、western legal“. In this thesis, I had researched on the relationship between the Christianity religion and the formation of the Western legal, in my writing process; some inspirations have jumped into my mind. In my opin
