3、pment of sports in a country, it is necessary to have hardware conditions and material basis like public stadiums. The turning point in China's development of public sports venues is the reform and opening up, from w

4、hen China's administrative management transit to a market economy model. This means China's national stadium building management system start to adapt to a fundamental change in economic reform. Like most Stadi

5、um in China,Liaoning Chaoyang District Stadium has transited from full subsidy to the difference budget management fiscal policy,it has been using the method of operation management for two decades,and operation managem

6、ent approach increasingly improved management practices in the various sports venues.As the changing of the management way, Liaoning Chaoyang District Stadium has won a preliminary achievements,revealed the professional

7、sports competitions,obtained the new achievement in sports facilities maintenance and maintenance cost, achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. At the same time,Liaoning Chaoyang District Stadium management als

8、o has some problems, such as lack of market competitiveness, the lack of flexibility of the business model,venues utilization remains to be further improved, in recent years professional brain drain is serious, the lack

9、of demand for sports fitness market research ,the effective performance appraisal and incentive to managers.Thus limiting the space and opportunities for development. Foundation on the studies for the Liaoning Chaoyang D

10、istrict Stadium during my undergraduate internship three years ago ,through the SWOT analysis of the stadium,we can find that the Liaoning Chaoyang District Stadium has seven advantages,four opportunities, three threats

11、and three weaknesses.Advantages and opportunities significantly greater than the threats and weaknesses, in the S - 0 area, so we should adopt the strategy of growth.We can try to develop new markets, increase the openin

12、g to the outside world project and so on.Reasonable utilization of the resources advantage of stadium, improve service quality and service variety, the stadium facing development opportunities is bigger than threat, oppo

13、rtunity will be dominant.If the Liaoning Chaoyang District Stadium can utilize existing resources, further strengthen internal standardization system, in accordance with the modern enterprise management system, and pract
