1、 論文題目:煤礦電能質(zhì)量綜合評估方法研究 工程領(lǐng)域:控制工程 碩 士 生:姚 苗 (簽名)_____________ 指導教師:王 清 亮 (簽名)_____________ 摘 要 隨著煤礦企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的日益擴大,各種非線性設(shè)備日益增多,導致煤礦電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量下降。電能質(zhì)量的好壞直接關(guān)系到煤礦企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,電能質(zhì)量在煤礦電網(wǎng)電力管

2、理中的地位也越來越重要,因此,建立一套較為完整的、科學的、可操作的電能質(zhì)量評價指標體系及方法,具有深刻的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。論文依據(jù)國家標準和煤礦用電負荷的特殊要求,引用以最大負荷電流為基準的電流總畸變率,以及考慮負荷電流波形非正弦性的畸變功率因數(shù)兩個概念和相關(guān)的計算方法, 建立了一套適用于煤礦的電能質(zhì)量綜合評價指標體系,包括電壓、電流和功率因數(shù)三類一級指標十二項二級指標。 在分析討論了序關(guān)系法、優(yōu)序圖法、熵權(quán)法、變異系數(shù)法四種賦權(quán)方法各自

3、的優(yōu)缺點的基礎(chǔ)上,建立基于總偏差最小的優(yōu)化組合模型,即使組合權(quán)向量與原權(quán)向量之間的偏差應(yīng)盡可能小。 通過求解模型的最優(yōu)解以確定電能質(zhì)量綜合評估中各指標的最優(yōu)組合權(quán)重值。通過分析計算表明:采用綜合多種主、客觀賦權(quán)法的組合賦權(quán)法不僅能夠反應(yīng)電力用戶的主觀意愿,滿足不同電力用戶對電能質(zhì)量各項指標的不同要求,而且還可以反應(yīng)客觀實際情況,體現(xiàn)指標數(shù)據(jù)的實際變動情況,能夠避免過多的主觀隨意性,使主觀與客觀相統(tǒng)一,評估結(jié)果更加真實、切合實際。 最后,

4、 利用概率論與模糊數(shù)學相結(jié)合的綜合評價方法對煤礦電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量進行綜合評估,并對評價結(jié)果進行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明論文建立的煤礦電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量評價指標體系具有可行性和實用性,能真實地反映煤礦電網(wǎng)的電能質(zhì)量狀況,而且采用概率論與模糊數(shù)學相結(jié)合的綜合評價方法不僅能對煤礦電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量的整體水平進行評估, 也可以實現(xiàn)對煤礦電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量分項指標的計算,評價結(jié)果較客觀、準確和合理。 關(guān) 鍵 詞:電能質(zhì)量;指標體系;組合賦權(quán);綜合評估;量化 研究類型:應(yīng)用

8、lish a set of relatively complete, scientific, operational power quality evaluation index system and method. In this paper, according to the special requirements of coal mine electrical load, the current harmonic distor

9、tion based on the maximum demand load current was quoted, as well as distortion power factor considering the non-sinusoidal current waveform. Then, this paper proposed a evalution index system suitable for coal mine powe

10、r network ,which including voltage, current, power factor of three primary indicators and twelve secondary indicators. This paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of weighting method first of all.T

11、hen, two objective weight(G1 method,superiority chart)and two subjective weight(entropy method, variation coefficient method)were combined together to establish the optimal model and to get the index weight for power qua

12、lity comprehensive evaluation through solving this optimal model.The analysis result show that, using combined weight, which integrated many objective and subjective weight to determinate the power quality index weight,

13、considered the power consumer’s different demands,and reacted the power consumer’s subjective will, as well react the objective reality which makes the weight can embody the change of the index’s data, so reaches the un

14、ification of subjective and objective. The evaluation result is in accord with reality. At last, this paper usd the combination of probability statisties and fuzzy mathematics to evaluate the coal mine power quality and

15、analyze the evaluation results.The analysis results show that applying this method proposed in this paper for the comprehensive evaluation of power quality can reflect the real condition of the power quality in coal mine
