7、agement responsibility (NCC, 2005, p. 51).This paper addresses this research gap by describing why IAM is important and how Directors perceive their role in IAM. For example, according to the RACI model the roles and res

8、ponsibilities of Board members for IAM might be one or more of the following: Responsible (the person who performs the work), Accountable (the person ultimately accountable for the work or decision being made), Consulted
