中美國際新聞比較研究——對《新華網(wǎng)》涉美和《紐約時報網(wǎng)》涉華報道比較研究.pdf

1、摘要本研究對《新華網(wǎng)》和《紐約時報網(wǎng)》在2009年lO月1日至2009年12月31日期間發(fā)表的涉美和涉華國際新聞報道進行比較研究，力求客觀理性地進行對比研究，以期發(fā)現(xiàn)二者有關對方國家的國際新聞報道的特征及其深層原因，并試圖揭示一些規(guī)律和趨勢，以利我國媒體理性地吸收國外著名媒體的各種優(yōu)點，加強我國主流媒體的國際新聞報道水平和強化總體傳播質量。本文定量分析和定性分析結合，力求多種研究方法互補，以彌補研究方法單一可能導致的結論偏差。在定量研究

2、方面，主要應用社會科學研究方法中的內容分析法。定量研究基于2009年第四季度中美兩大著名媒體關于對方國家的新聞報道樣本，對比分析了報道頻率、發(fā)稿地點、新聞議題、新聞體裁、流露態(tài)度和配圖與否等方面，其中的重點是新聞議題，含政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、文化、環(huán)境、熱點地區(qū)等一級議題(其下分二三級議題)。為了彌補內容分析法的局限性，采用新聞構架分析理論進行了定性研究為主的個案研究，涉及《新華網(wǎng)》和《紐約時報網(wǎng)》對奧巴馬總統(tǒng)訪華相關報道的比較研究。本文在
