2、rking on international projects,besides its growing success in IT manufacturing and software designing.The main focused during the research is directors,project managers,team leaders and junior employees who have a conce

3、rn in international projects for INSPUR Company.The population consists of50members including human resource management and project management office(PMO)in Global technology solution(GTS),INSPUR.Four points were establi

4、shed at the beginning of this study.The first point is to examine the scope of an organization to identify the types of projects in INSPUR,The usual cost of international projects,usual time period of projects,cooperatio

5、n with international sub contractors/vendors and the source of project requirements in terms of software and hardware.Secondly,to investigate the complexities of international projects concerning to international project

6、 managers.Thirdly,recognize the variables that affect in identifying the acceptable skills and behaviors of international project managers by INSPUR.Fourthly executing the implemented project manager selection criteria f

7、or intemational projects by INSPUR,to identify how often the mentioned international project manager selection criteria have been followed or implemented.The results show that the project manager selection criteria for i

8、nternational projects in INSPUR Company are major necessity to enhance performance in international projects.Therefore,it is mentioned to survey more and qualified project managers about this theory so that they perform

9、better in international projects that leads to result in successful projects.The study disclosed that several Directors in INSPUR didn't focus on the international project manager's selection criteria,which is one of the

10、 foremost issues;need to be concentrated in order to make development in international project performances.As the Directors and senior leaders should designed a proper criteria for the selection of project managers for

11、international projects,recruitment of international project managers on the basis of experiences in international project performances,providing proper training about international project performances,authorizing the pr

12、oject managers to use the company resources to achieve completion of international project goals and objectives.Also,regression analysis was applied to investigate the dependency of project manager's selection criteria f
