7、rivedat211.6billionUSD.Howeverwithmecommunicationoftwopartsontradefrictionsgraduallydevelopedbecamedistinct.Theyweremainlycausedbytrademeasureslikeprotectionismantidumpingtariff.FinstanceAmericapreferredtocarryoutprotect

8、ionismuseditasawaytoprotectitsdomesticindustrieswhichmayhurtthebenefitsofChinawhentwopartshavesometradetransactions.2)SomecasesoftradefrictionsRecentyearstherehavebeenalotoftradefrictionsbetweenChinaAmericaconcerningabou

10、antisubsidyduties.BefethepreliminarydeterminationevidenceslikematerialinjurymadetoChinesedomesticindustriesthecausallinkbetweendumpinginjuryhadbeencollected.AsrevengeU.S.Dept.ofCommercedemonstratedonFeb.6itwouldrequirefa

11、ntidumpingdutiesfChina’sextremelylowpriceofgiftboxwrappingribbon.ThehighestdutiesinChinesemainlwouldsurpass231%whileinTaipeithedutywasonly4.54%.Inthiscasewecouldn’tsimplyjudgewhichpartisrightsinceeachpartyresumestotheleg
