3、rsality of thedomestic logistics vehicle terminal is poor, and positioning method mainly adopts the GPS,what’s more, communication mode mainly employs a single GPRS network, and artificialscheduling is the most important
4、 vehicle scheduling mode, therefore, these lead toinformation and intelligent insufficient of the logistics company in terms of transportvehicle management. To overcome the shortcomings of the current logistics transport
5、ationvehicle management situation and existing monitoring equipment and management system,adopting some technologies such as the BeiDou navigation technology, communicationtechnology, internet technology, electronic map
6、technology and intelligent schedulingalgorithm can accomplish the positioning, communication, vehicle monitoring, informationmanagement, intelligent scheduling and integration, then, implementing the realization ofthe in
7、telligent control and information management of the vehicle logistics has practicalapplication significance.The positioning and communication integration system technology scheme is designedon the basis of consulting a l
8、arge number of references of technologies and research andanalysis of the key technology. From the angle of the application functions, the system isdivided into three subsystems which including positioning and communicat
9、ion terminalintegration, front-end communication and data processing center and intelligent controland management. The design process of the intelligent control and management system isexpounded emphatically. The functio
10、n structure of the subsystems and the structure of theprogram are designed on the basis of comprehensive analysis the need of the systemfunctional; The data table and database are also designed on the basis of full consi
11、derationthe overall data needs of the system; For the problem of multiple models, load, volume andtime windows constraints dynamic vehicle scheduling, a “hard constraint conditionclassification, comprehensive target func
