2、Abstract Eternal Youth Palace and Peach Blossom Fan are “two Jades“ in Chinese opera history which have outstanding achievements in language. In this paper, the research object is the two opera's language—— lyrics an

3、d Spoken parts. Through comprehensive comparison of the differences and similarities between the two methods and the style characteristics of language， it would be explored their artistic achievements of language and the

4、ir status in the Chinese opera history . There are three parts in the thesis which includes introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction make a diachronic sort to the Palace of Eternal Youth and Peach Blossom Fan

5、language research status since the Qing Dynasty in China which by the summary form，it can demonstrates the value of the subject. Text consists of three chapters，from Chapter two to Chapter four. Chapter two and three are

6、 based on statistical methods，Chapter two analyzes the difference between the use of lyrics in the two plays， and then discuss each characteristics of Gongdiao，Qupai，and the lyrics text, conclude that the master style of

7、 Eternal Youth Palace's lyrics achievements is worthy of “the giant in Chinese opera “，and Peach Blossom Fan 's lyrics although inferior to Eternal Youth Palace ，but the pursuit of “word must be new “ was demons

8、trated unique artistic charm；Chapter three turn the comparative perspective from the lyrics to the spoken parts, through data comparison and analysis spoken characteristics and function , on the one hand, demonstrates t

9、hat Peach Blossom Fan's “different military“ nature which its spoken parts is better than lyrics , in the other hands come to the conclusion that Eternal Youth Palace's spoken parts created by the tradition conce

10、pts of “l(fā)yrics based“ , so its client properties made it inferior to Peach Blossom Fan in terms of the characteristics or functions .Chapter four base on induction to research the logical relationship between the lyrics

11、and spoken parts in the two plays, or call it “ interaction between lyrics and Spoken“ phenomenon. Conclusion is the summarizing of the paper 's main points,it believe that the Eternal Youth Palace is good at lyrics

12、and the Peach Blossom Fan is expert in spoken parts, but both of them are perfect fit the language nature of Chinese opera which named “ interaction between lyrics and Spoken“ , therefore they reached the “peak leavel“ i
