5、 energy development strategy and build a resource- saving and environment- friendly society. In the critical period of structural adjustment and revitalization about China's automobile industry,

6、 development of new energy vehicles industry can not only help the auto industry strengthen independent innovation and format competitive advantages, but also play an important role in making a
