1、 美以特殊關系背景下的糾紛與摩擦研究 美以特殊關系背景下的糾紛與摩擦研究 摘要 摘要 美國與以色列的特殊關系在當代國際關系史上備受矚目。 一個是放眼全球致力于爭取全球霸權的超級大國， 一個是置身混亂中東致力于生存安全的小國， 無論是國家實力、國家地位還是國家大戰(zhàn)略方面，美以兩國都存在懸殊的差別。當美國介入中東， 尋求一個忠實的合作伙伴和利益代言人的時候， 以色列因其穩(wěn)定成熟的民主政治制度、 與西方相契合的價值理念、 與美國相似的民族經歷

2、和文化特征以及美國猶太人的極力撮合， 最終成為了美國的選擇。 美以兩國的特殊關系也不是一蹴而就的， 而是經歷了相當長時間的發(fā)展和建構， 從冷戰(zhàn)時代的冷淡期、過渡期、 定型期和成熟期到冷戰(zhàn)后戰(zhàn)略基礎的重構， 美以關系經歷了戰(zhàn)后數(shù)十年的風風雨雨，形成了獨一無二的一種模式。在這一發(fā)展過程中，美以關系也面臨著困難和挑戰(zhàn)，兩國利益除了相互吻合，也不乏相互排斥的時候。由于國家利益和國家戰(zhàn)略方面的問題難以調和， 這些問題一直潛伏在美以關系內部， 以各
