3、: We selected 57 cases of preeclampsia maternal hospital childbirth. Among of therehave 23 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia (preeclampsia group). The other normal latepregnancy were selected as a control group of

4、30 cases of pregnant and lying in women. The levelof CD59 of PBMC were detected by flow cytometry; the protein level of CD59 was detected byimmunohistochemistry; the mRNA level of CD59 was detected by real-time quantitat

5、ive PCR.Results: The FCM research showed that the expression of CD59 was 86.86 + 1.91 innormal pregnancy women, the severe preeclampsia group was 27.26 + 7.05 ， theexpression level of CD59 molecules in severe preeclampsi

6、a group was significantlylower than that of in late pregnancy group (P<0.05). After treatment, the number of CD59positive cell increased in severe preeclampsia group, there was statistically significant differencebefo

7、re or after treatment. The expression level of CD59 in mild and severe preeclampsia placentasgroup were significantly lower than the normal pregnant women (P<0.05), the difference hasstatistically significant.Conclusi

8、on: The CD59 of cellular level, protein level, gene level in severepreeclampsia group were significantly lower than in normal late pregnancy group.After treatment, the expression level of CD59 was obvious increased in ma
