1、On compact spinning apparatus study, the main purpose is on the change of the spinning craft to meet the request of the high - grade fabric and weave. It has already become the focus study both at home and abroad. And it
2、 is regarded as a new spinning technology of "21"century. The research work of this thesis will produce positive influences on the industrial application of compact spinning technology to the reform of domestic conventio
3、nal ring spinning frame. The research work of this thesis includes that: we make the equipment to test the speed of the airstream field of the suction by ourselves. By the testing the speed of the airstream field o
4、f the naked suction, we know the speed distributing rule of the airstream field, include that: how the change of under pressure influence the speed of the V groove,the speed distributing rule of every V groove and the sp
5、eed distributing rule among V groove. By the testing the speed of the airstream field of the suction on which added the damping screens and comparing with the speed of the airstream field of the naked suction,we know how
6、 the damping screens influence the speed of the airstream field.Theoretical analysis and experimental study show that:1. The equipment of the compact spinning has been designed on the domestic FA506 ring spinning fr
7、ame, include that: the design of the crossing section of the suction tube. The effect of the yarn by the equipment of the compact spinning reach to the standard of the rest equipment of the domestic compact spi
8、nning, even exceed to them.2. The equipment to test the speed of the airstream field of the suction tube has been made by ourselves.3. The rule of the speed-distributing has been obtained by analyzing the experiment
9、 data. The speed-distributing rule of the every V groove is a parabola along landscape orientation and portrait. The speed-distributing rule among the six V grooves is that: the speed of the middle V groove
10、 is the biggest, the speed of the both sides is the smallest, and the discrimination of the symmetry V groove is very small, but the discrimination between the middle V groove and the both sides ,even the diffe
11、rence rate exceed to 50%. With the increasing of the under pressure, the speed of every V groove is increasing.4. It has been known that the speed distributing rule of V groove have not been changed, only to min
12、ish the size of the speed by analyzing the speed of the airstream field of the suction on which added the damping screens and comparing with the speed of the airstream field of the naked suction. With the increasing
