4、ledtalentswhocanwkinthefirstlineofmanagementproductionconstructionservice.Howeverbecausethedevelopmentofvocationaleducationstartedlateitalsodeterminesartdesignmajincludingindodesigninhighvocationalcollegetostartlate.Ther

5、earealsosomeproblemsintalenttrainingsuchasprofessionalteachingmodelimitatingacademictypeartcolleges.Thiscan’treflectthedifferenceinaspectsoftalenttraininggoalteachingmodelbetweencommonhighereducationhighvocationaleducati

6、onwhichresultsinthedisjointingoftalenttrainingenterprise’sdem.Sohowtoadapttothedevelopmentofindodesignindustryenterprisesrefmthecurrentteachingmodelcultivatehighqualitypeoplewhichhasbecomethefocus.Asfarasthecurrentindode

7、signofvocationaleducationisconcernedinaccdancewiththeprofessionalgrowthlawoftalentsweshouldstrengthenthecooperationbetweencollegesenterprisesestablishdifferentkindsofstudioswithappropriateprofessionalatmospheretheintegra

8、tionofteachingtrainingprofessionalqualitytrainingtechnologyservice.Thosearetheefficientwaystosolvethecurrentproblems.Indertoillustrateproblemscompletelythispaperaimsatstudyingtheteachingmodelofstudiosysteminhighvocationa

9、lcollegeexplesitssomeaspectsbyusingliteratureresearchsurveyresearchcasestudies.Firstlythispaperanalyzesthedemtoindodesignersthecurrentsituationoftalentcultivationinhighvocationalcolleges.Throughtheinvestigationintoindode
