4、.1IntroductionTheimptanceofEcommercehasbeenacceptedbymemepeopleinvariouscircles.TheemergencyofChinaC2CEcommercemodeismarkedbytheestablishmentofEBayChinaInc.in1999itsdevelopmentisveryrapid.Withtheimprovementmaturingofthee

5、nvironmentthetransactionvolumeofChinaC2CEcommercehasquicklyincreasedinrecentyears.In2001thetransactionvolumeofChinaC2CEcommercemarketwasmerelyRMB400million.ItreacheduptoRMB13.71billionby2005withaCAGRof142.0%.TodayChinasC

6、2CEcommercemarketisdominatedbythreemajplayers:Taobao()EBayChina(.cn)Paipai().Whentheissuesofcreditsafeonlinepaymentbecomethepublicsfocussomeproblemsemergedingoodsdeliverythataffectonlineconsumersbehaviswithoutbeingnotice

7、d.TheproblemsofcreditsafeepaymentpreventsomeconsumersfromgettingintofieldofEcommerce.TotheconsumerswhouseEcommerceaftercrossingthethresholdof“creditsafety“theymustfaceanotherbigproblemi.e.goodsdelivery.Itisclearthattheis

8、sueofgoodsdeliveryaffectsthenumberofconsumerswhowouldparticipateinEcommerce.StartingfromtheperspectivethatC2Cconsumerspursuelowpricewhileretailerstrytodecreasethecostthepaperwilldiscussissuesaboutdeliverycostdeliverytime
