15、sticsofAfricanAmericanslaveryAtfirstindertogavethemosteffectivesolutionlinkedtothelackofhumanresourcecapitalistssetupslaveryonalargescaleoftheUnitedStatesthisinstitutionhadstrongcompulsiveapartfromtheAfricanAmericanslave

16、revenifthegroupofthewhitepeoplethemselveswasnotimmuneonthisoccasioncreatednewsystemcalledwhiteindenturedservitudethisindenturedservitudehadserviceduration.Inmostsituationsthetermsofservewereaboutfivetosevenyearsafterthat

17、theywouldachievethefreedomonceagaintheslaveholdersalsohadresponsibilityobligationtogivethemsomeexpenseslifenecessitiesinreturn.Itgoesbeyondanydisputethatthiskindofslaverywasposedthreattomostofthelldstherefetheychangedthe

18、irstrategiestheywereassentconsentthenewlawwhichwasexpresslyagreedtermsthechangeonsocialpositionoftheblackpeopleintoslavetenure.Theadvantageofthisissueisthattheycouldtreatseparatelybycomplexionfeaseoffurtherdeepeningthedi

20、malphenomenon.FthisreasonmanyAfricanAmericanfamilieswerebrokenup.HoweverinthewldoftheAfricanAmericaninterpersonalrelationshipwasconcentratedreflectbyfamilyeventhoughthiswasillegalatthattime.Thiskindofrelationshipwasdestr

21、oybytheruleoftheslavetradeatanymomentbutthemarriageattitudeofthemwereseriousevenifthecouplewasbrokeupfmanyyearstheywouldalsomaintainthisstablerelationshipaswell.Thisfirmmaritalrelationshipplayedapositivesignificantroleft
