2、thefuturesdeliverybusinessofDalianCommodityExchange(the“Exchange”)stardizingthephysicaldelivery.Article2ThecommodityfuturescontractslistedintheExchangeshalltakethefmofphysicaldelivery.Thephysicaldeliveryshallrefertotheco

3、urseinwhichpursuanttothefuturescontractsubjecttotheExchange’srulesthepartiestothetradingclosethenonliquidatedcontract(s)throughthetransferofthetitletothecommoditiesdescribedinthefuturescontract(s).Article3Thephysicaldeli

4、veryoftheclientsmustbehledbytheMembercarriedoutinthenameoftheMemberattheExchange.Withrespecttotheclientwhichengagestheoverseasbrokertocarryoutthefuturestradingitsdeliveryshallbehledthroughtheengagementofitsoverseasbroker

5、whichshallthenengagetheMembertohlesuchdeliveryinthenameoftheMemberattheExchange.Article4Deliveryshallbeprohibitedwithrespecttoanyindividualclient’spositionsanynonintegralmultipleofdeliveryunitsofthepositionsofthecokecoki

6、ngcoalNo.2soybeanirone.AsofthefirsttradingdayofthedeliverymonththeExchangeshallcarryoutthefcedliquidationagainstthepositionsoftheindividualclient’sdeliverymonthcontracts.Withrespecttothecontractsoftheproductsotherthancok

7、ecokingcoalNo.soybeanironeincasethepositionsoftheindividualclient’sdeliverymonthcontractsfailtoliquidatebeliquidatedaftertheclosingofthemarketonthelasttradingdaytheMembershallfirstlyperfmsuchcontractsonbehalfofsuchindivi

8、dualincasetheMemberfailstoperfmsuchcontractstheapplicableprovisionsofChapter23hereofshallapply.WithrespecttothecontractsofcokecokingcoalNo.2soybeanironeincasethepositionsoftheindividualclient’sdeliverymonthcontractstheno

9、nintegralmultipleofthedeliveryunitsfailtoliquidatebeliquidatedaftertheclosingofthemarketonthelasttradingdaytheExchangeshallchoosethecounterparty’spositionscarryoutthehedgingliquidationattheliquidationpriceofthedeliveryse

10、ttlement(i)AnEFPapplication(ii)Thephysicalssalepurchaseagreement(iii)Theapplicablecertificationofthepayments(iv)Theapplicablecertificationofthewarehousereceiptsonpartheentrancereceiptstheinventyreceiptsothergoodsownershi

11、pcertifications.WithregardtotheproductofNo.2soybeaniftheEFPiscarriedoutwithwarehousereceiptonparthecrespondingcargoisimptedsoybeantheinspectionquarantinecertificateinspectionquarantinetreatmentnotice(hereinaftercollectiv

12、elyreferredtoas“inspectionquarantinecertificationmaterial”)oftheinboundgoodsshallalsobesubmitted.Article10IncaseofanyEFPwithrespecttoanywarehousereceiptonpartheapplicationshallbefiledbytheMembertotheExchangepritoat11:30a

13、.m.ofthetradingdaytheExchangeshallexaminefapprovalofsuchapplicationontheveryapplicationfilingday.Pritoat11:30a.m.oftheapprovaldaythesellingMembershallsubmitthewarehousereceiptsoftheappropriatequantitiestotheExchangethebu

14、yingMembershalltransferthefullpaymentscalculatedattheagreedpricetotheExchange’saccount.Article11AnEFPwithrespecttoanynonstardwarehousereceiptshallbeexaminedfapprovalbytheExchangewithinthree(3)tradingdaysaftertheExchanger

15、eceivestheapplication.Article12TheExchangeshallberesponsiblefhlingthehoverofthewarehousereceiptsonparthepaymentofthepaymentswithrespecttothewarehousereceiptsonparEFP.ThespecificprocessestherefareprovidedintheDetailedSett

16、lementRulesofDalianCommodityExchangetheDetailedRulesfImplementationofBondedDeliveryofDalianCommodityExchange.ThecommissionstherefshallbegedbyreferencetothestardsfthedeliverycommissionsoftheproductsotherthantheNo.2soybean

17、thecommissionofwhichshallbeseparatelyannouncedbytheExchange.Article13ThehoverofthegoodsthereceiptpaymentofthepaymentswithrespecttothenonstardwarehousereceiptsEFPifhledindependentlybythepartiestothetradingshallbenegotiate

18、ddeterminedbythemselvesiftheExchangeisentrustedwiththereceiptpaymentofthepaymentsthespecificprocessestherefareprovidedintheDetailedSettlementRulesofDalianCommodityExchange.Thecommissionstherefshallbegedbyreferencetothest
