1、成都工業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)第1頁(yè)摘要此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的目的是對(duì)零件加工工藝的編寫(xiě)及加工中所需夾具設(shè)計(jì)。首先,零件材料是鑄鐵,零件的底面和側(cè)面是設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn),底面有14125槽及54125槽,上表面C有通孔13,側(cè)面基準(zhǔn)上有螺紋孔M10,左邊支臂有通孔25通孔。其次,根據(jù)零件分析可知,零件的基準(zhǔn)應(yīng)為下底面,14125槽和25孔的軸心線,底面基準(zhǔn)的加工需增加工藝面E,此時(shí),工藝面E也是定位基準(zhǔn),加工按粗精基準(zhǔn)選擇先后進(jìn)行。最后,按照工藝內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)工序所需
2、夾具,通過(guò)六點(diǎn)定位原理確定工件的位置,是用底板、鍵和定位塊來(lái)限制工件的自由度,再選擇合適的壓緊力防止工件移動(dòng)。銑加工時(shí),還應(yīng)增加對(duì)刀塊、定位鍵和輔助支撐來(lái)幫助加工,而在鉆加工時(shí),應(yīng)增加鉆套,鉆模板來(lái)輔助加工。零件的圖紙及加工工藝分析是夾具設(shè)計(jì)的基本前提,工藝的優(yōu)劣與夾具的設(shè)計(jì)密切相關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞:工藝夾具設(shè)計(jì)定位夾緊AbstractThegraduationdesigngoalistotheprocessingtechnologythewr
