5、rdingMultimodalTransptContractChapterVContractofCarriageofPassengersbySeaChapterVIterParties第二條本法所稱(chēng)海上運(yùn)輸，是指海上貨物運(yùn)輸和海上旅客運(yùn)輸，包括海江之間、江海之間的直達(dá)運(yùn)輸。本法第四章海上貨物運(yùn)輸合同的規(guī)定，不適用于中華人民共和國(guó)港口之間的海上貨物運(yùn)輸。Article3“Ship“asreferredtointhisCodemeansse

9、ouncil.第四條中華人民共和國(guó)港口之間的海上運(yùn)輸和拖航，由懸掛中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)旗的船舶經(jīng)營(yíng)。但是，法律、行政法規(guī)另有規(guī)定的除外。非經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院交通主管部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)，外國(guó)籍船舶不得經(jīng)營(yíng)中華人民共和國(guó)港口之間的海上運(yùn)輸和拖航。Article5ShipsareallowedtosailunderthenationalflagofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaafterbeingregisteredasrequiredbylaw
