1、維護(hù)服務(wù)合同Themaintenanceservicecontract根據(jù)《中華人民共和國合同法》等相關(guān)的法律和法規(guī)，委托方和受托方本著平等互利，等價有償，誠實信用的原則，在協(xié)商一致的基礎(chǔ)上簽訂本合同，就委托方的服務(wù)事宜，達(dá)成以下協(xié)議。Thiscontractwasmadewiththeprincipalofmutualbenefitgoodfaithinaccdancewiththe“ContractLawofthePRC”relat

11、ewithwrittennoticetoterminatethiscontractwithoutanyotherliabilities.2、因政府頒布法律、法規(guī)、行政命令及相關(guān)權(quán)力機(jī)關(guān)抽象行政行為原因?qū)е氯魏我环竭t延或不能履行本合同所約定義務(wù)的，應(yīng)及時通知對方，合同約定的履行期限相應(yīng)順延，因此造成的對方損失彼此不承擔(dān)違約責(zé)任。合同任何一方上級主管單位針對本合同相關(guān)項目的具體行政行為導(dǎo)致該方無法履行合同的不在免責(zé)范圍之內(nèi)。Anydelay

14、均有義務(wù)對在本合同簽訂、履行過程中知悉的另一方的商業(yè)秘密予以保護(hù)，不得向其他任何第三方泄露，本合同項下的商業(yè)秘密包括雙方明示并通過書面形式確認(rèn)的文件或以其他載體存在的文件或信息。保密期限將不受本合同期限的限制。受托方在履行本合同過程中觸及和知曉的有關(guān)委托方的設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)情況、業(yè)務(wù)程序及方式、管理的方法制度和專有技術(shù)等，無論此種信息的形式和目的為何，均為委托方的保密信息，未經(jīng)一方書面同意，另一方不得復(fù)制、記錄或以其他方式泄露上述信息。Bot
