4、 the Huxiang Culture in this Movement from the regional history culture angle of view, and opens out that Huxiang Culture impacted deeply on the development of the Movement of work–study programme in France, based on des

5、cribing concretely activities of young people from Hunan Province in the Movement of work-study programme in France. Academician of XinMin Academy initiated the Movement of work-study programme in France. Lots of young

6、people from Hunan Province went to France to study at that time and promoted the Movement of work-study programme in France. They led campaign of students in France and especially in 3 important campaigns in 1921, they p

7、layed very important role. On the basis of studying theory and summing up the practice experiences, advanced young people from Hunan province studied in France, such as Mr. Cai Hesen, abandoned society improvement ideolo

8、gical and established Marxist philosophy as the believing. What they did in building party and their building party thoughts made a big contribution to build China Communist Part. Some of these students studied in France

9、 got achievement, and when they returned back to Mainland they went in science and technology education, made a big contribution to country economic development. The people of Hunan province have the excellent humanistic

10、 spirit of caring the country and the people, focusing on practical knowledge, absorbing anything and everything. It is Huxiang Culture that made young people from Hunan province who studied in France as pioneer of the t
