2、延伸。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，我國(guó)的煤炭企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型建設(shè)中缺乏必要的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理已帶來(lái)很多現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題， 不僅表現(xiàn)在資源的嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)， 有的已經(jīng)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，甚至給人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)帶來(lái)危害，進(jìn)行煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理就顯得尤為重要。本文總體結(jié)構(gòu)分為七大部分。在第一章緒論里，主要對(duì)本文的選題背景和研究意義進(jìn)行了介紹，詳細(xì)闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，并對(duì)本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究思路進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。第二章為理論綜述。主要介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的基本理論，對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的概念和特征進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述；

3、介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的起源和定義，對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的目標(biāo)和職能進(jìn)行了探討；介紹了項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的基本理論，著重介紹了其概念和特征、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程等。第三章為煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素識(shí)別與分析。主要對(duì)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)特征、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素識(shí)別等進(jìn)行了介紹，并設(shè)計(jì)了一份項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素調(diào)查表。第四章為煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型。主要探討了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法的選擇和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素權(quán)重的確定，并對(duì)模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。第五章為煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控策略與措
