5、to‘theemperorinspectingtheschools”and‘‘thenoblesinspectingtheschools”inancienttimesInMingandQingDynasties,acomparativelyregulareducationalinspectionsystemhadbeenformulatedTillthe20mcenturyamoderatelycompletesetofeducatio

6、nalsupervisionsystemhasbeensetupinagradualmannerintheprocessoflearningeducationaltheoriesandpracticalexperiencefromwesterncountriesMeanwhile,ithasbeengraduallyconsideredasasolidguaranteetodevelopeducationinascientific,he

7、althyandsustainablewaytoperfectthesupervisingmechanismandreinforceeducationalsupervisionGuiyangCityhasmadecertainachievementsregardingtheworkofeducationalsupervision,whicharegeneratingenergeticallypromotiveeffectsforboos

8、tingthedevelopmentofeducation,fullyimplementingtheeducationalguidelinesofthepartygeneralizingandconsolidatingtheachievementsof‘twobases”plan,etcinGuiyangItistheeducationalsupervisionsystemthatshallbehighlyappreciatedform
