簡(jiǎn)介:分類(lèi)號(hào)密級(jí)UDC1注學(xué)位論文航空公司與酒店合作聯(lián)盟的最優(yōu)決策及收益分配機(jī)制研究(題名和副題名)吳笙(作者姓名)指導(dǎo)教師姓名唐小我電子科技大學(xué)成都(職務(wù)、職稱、學(xué)位、單位名稱及地址)申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)名稱數(shù)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)論文提交日期20094論文答辯日期20096學(xué)位授予單位和日期電子科技大學(xué)答辯委員會(huì)主席評(píng)閱人2009年月日注1注明國(guó)際十進(jìn)分類(lèi)法UDC的類(lèi)號(hào)。摘要I摘要當(dāng)前旅游市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)呈現(xiàn)出多元化的新特點(diǎn)旅客需求多樣化、差異化,導(dǎo)致旅游產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)壽命周期越來(lái)越短;旅游產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)品種、數(shù)量飛速膨脹;對(duì)旅游產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的期望越來(lái)越高;成熟市場(chǎng)已趨于飽和;旅客需求的不確定性增大。這些因素導(dǎo)致“市場(chǎng)擾動(dòng)性”增強(qiáng)。傳統(tǒng)的單一旅游企業(yè)依靠自身資源的運(yùn)作模式已難以適應(yīng)這一變化的要求,企業(yè)必須整合外部資源實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈管理,從單個(gè)旅游企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)向旅游供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)?;诼糜喂?yīng)鏈“橫向一體化”的思想,國(guó)內(nèi)外的許多航空公司和酒店積極地將各自的航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)、銷(xiāo)售網(wǎng)絡(luò)與旅游目的地的資源整合起來(lái),優(yōu)化配置資源,創(chuàng)造出“機(jī)票+酒店”的增值產(chǎn)品,以滿足自助游客和商務(wù)客人的需求,開(kāi)拓新的市場(chǎng)。這種合作方式可以實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏、甚至多贏的局面。而上述合作能否持續(xù)進(jìn)行的關(guān)鍵就是提供服務(wù)的航空公司與酒店之間的收益分配能否達(dá)成一致。由于航空公司與酒店是兩個(gè)不同的利益主體,都以自身利益最大化為目標(biāo),因此在收益分配上很難達(dá)成一致性的意見(jiàn),導(dǎo)致整個(gè)聯(lián)盟系統(tǒng)效率低下(系統(tǒng)收益減少)甚至合作破裂。本文研究的內(nèi)容就是協(xié)調(diào)使航空公司與酒店在合作推出“機(jī)票酒店”旅行套餐后能實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)盟整體收益最大化和雙方各自收益的增加。具體地說(shuō),就是確定聯(lián)盟成員間最優(yōu)訂購(gòu)量和最優(yōu)訂購(gòu)價(jià)。最優(yōu)訂購(gòu)量決定了聯(lián)盟的整體收益,而最優(yōu)訂購(gòu)價(jià)關(guān)系到聯(lián)盟成員間的收益分配,它們是整個(gè)研究問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵因素。在對(duì)收益管理、旅游供應(yīng)鏈和傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈管理三個(gè)方面相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文根據(jù)非合作博弈和合作博弈的思想,在航空公司和酒店雙重能力約束的情況下構(gòu)建了收益分配的定量分析模型,研究了為使得聯(lián)盟整體收益達(dá)到最大化,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)航空公司和酒店自身收益的提高,雙方可以采用的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制。首先,研究了航空公司和酒店分散化決策時(shí)的最優(yōu)收益,包括酒店和航空公司分別作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的STACKELBERG博弈模型;然后研究了航空公司和酒店集中化決策時(shí)的最優(yōu)收益,并使用合作博弈的SHAPLEY值法根據(jù)各方給聯(lián)盟帶來(lái)的邊際貢獻(xiàn)對(duì)雙方合作生成的最大整體收益進(jìn)行合理分配,使得集體利益與個(gè)體利益達(dá)到均衡;接著研究了航空公司和酒店使用非合作博弈的收入共享契約進(jìn)行收益分配,證明了收入

簡(jiǎn)介:中南大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文航空公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟合作伙伴選擇與合作管理研究姓名胡志群申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程指導(dǎo)教師陳曉紅20070101第三,提出了航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟伙伴學(xué)習(xí)能力的影響因素模型和提高策略,并提出了四類(lèi)不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范策略。本文運(yùn)用資源理論和價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論,分析了航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟內(nèi)合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的必然性;通過(guò)分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范能力之間的關(guān)系,分析得到航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟內(nèi)合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的主要方式是學(xué)習(xí)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范。學(xué)習(xí)能力的影響因素模型表明,聯(lián)盟航空公司的知識(shí)獲取和理解能力決定于聯(lián)盟合作伙伴的透明度和聯(lián)盟航空公司的接受能力。影響合作伙伴透明度的因素有三類(lèi)聯(lián)盟合作伙伴方面的因素、與聯(lián)盟航空公司與聯(lián)盟合作伙伴之間的因素、知識(shí)特性因素。每類(lèi)因素又包含若干個(gè)子因素。影響聯(lián)盟航空公司的接受能力的因素有三類(lèi)聯(lián)盟航空公司層面的因素、聯(lián)盟航空公司成員層面的因素、知識(shí)特性因素。每類(lèi)因素也包含若干個(gè)子因素。本文提出的提高航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟內(nèi)航空公司學(xué)習(xí)能力的策略共六條,涉及聯(lián)盟航空公司內(nèi)的各個(gè)層面。本文基于不同類(lèi)別的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和不同類(lèi)別的資源,提出了四類(lèi)不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范策略加強(qiáng)控制型策略、提高柔性型策略、適度透明型策略和增強(qiáng)效益型策略。四類(lèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略分別適用于不同的類(lèi)別的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和不同類(lèi)別的資源,分別需要不同的實(shí)施方法或具體策略。第四,運(yùn)用南航加入天合聯(lián)盟的案例論證了上述創(chuàng)新成果。最后,分析了中國(guó)航空業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟發(fā)展的必要性與緊迫性,提出了促進(jìn)我國(guó)航空公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟發(fā)展的行業(yè)對(duì)策。關(guān)鍵詞航空公司;戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟;利益分配;合作管理;Ⅱ

簡(jiǎn)介:基于可召回機(jī)制的航空公司座位存量控制研究重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文學(xué)生姓名張道明指導(dǎo)老師于輝教授專(zhuān)業(yè)企業(yè)管理學(xué)科門(mén)類(lèi)管理學(xué)重慶大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與工商管理學(xué)院二OO九年四月摘要現(xiàn)階段,隨著航空服務(wù)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益加劇,國(guó)內(nèi)航空公司為了能夠更好的生存和發(fā)展,開(kāi)始慢慢的意識(shí)到引入收益管理系統(tǒng)的重要性,越來(lái)越多的航空公司開(kāi)始引入國(guó)外先進(jìn)的收益管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行艙位控制,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)收益的最大化。收益管理是近20年來(lái)興起的航空公司科學(xué)管理方法和研究熱點(diǎn),艙位控制是收益管理中的重要組成部分。本文以航空客運(yùn)收益管理中艙位分配問(wèn)題為主要研究對(duì)象,對(duì)引入可召回機(jī)制后的艙位分配等問(wèn)題開(kāi)展了深入的研究。本文首先研究了航空公司已有的收益管理座位存量控制方法的不足及其影響。針對(duì)航空公司機(jī)票銷(xiāo)售收益管理的單航班艙位控制問(wèn)題,本文建議了可召回艙位控制機(jī)制,構(gòu)造了一個(gè)單航班三階段(可召回票階段、低價(jià)票階段和高價(jià)票階段)整數(shù)隨機(jī)優(yōu)化模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)了通過(guò)這種可召回實(shí)物(機(jī)票)期權(quán)機(jī)制航空公司可實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)沖套利。最后,通過(guò)分析引入可召回票前后航空公司整體收益的變化情況,證明實(shí)施可召回機(jī)制能增大航空公司的整體收益。對(duì)于航空公司來(lái)說(shuō),實(shí)施可召回機(jī)制是一種可增加額外收入的無(wú)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)措施??烧倩貦C(jī)制的引入無(wú)論對(duì)于航空公司還是對(duì)于旅客來(lái)說(shuō),都是一種非常好的工具,是一種能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)共贏的座位控制機(jī)制??烧倩貦C(jī)制在理論上為航空公司增大收益提供了一條可供選擇的途徑,可作為高艙位需求預(yù)測(cè)不準(zhǔn)確時(shí)對(duì)決策的修正。同時(shí)無(wú)論對(duì)于時(shí)間敏感型旅客還是價(jià)格敏感型旅客,可召回票都是一種非常好的選擇,可召回機(jī)制的引入實(shí)際上是一種PARETO改進(jìn)過(guò)程。因此,研究和實(shí)施可召回機(jī)制對(duì)航空運(yùn)輸企業(yè)具有重要的意義。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞收益管理,艙位控制,可召回機(jī)制,模型研究
