簡介:中國海洋大學碩士學位論文化肥工業(yè)高濃度氯化銨廢水的處理技術研究姓名穆大剛申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)生態(tài)學指導教師孟范平20040601吹脫串聯(lián)工藝處理氯化銨廢水,出水氨氮濃度可以降低到100MG/L以下,C1’濃度也從原來的24055MG/L降低到15103MG/L,在本研究條件下,初步估計廢水的處理成本為12元/T。采用納濾技術與化學吹脫法串聯(lián)工藝對高濃度氯化銨廢水進行處理,可以實現(xiàn)出水氨氮濃度達標排放,并大幅度降低出水中的氯離子濃度,還具有處理效果好、無二次污染、運行成本較低等優(yōu)點,同時還可以回收利用部分氯化銨,降低處理成本。關鍵詞氯化銨廢水處理氨氮氯離子串聯(lián)工藝

簡介:南開大學博士學位論文三種高濃度有機工業(yè)廢水厭氧生物處理技術的研究姓名張仁江申請學位級別博士專業(yè)環(huán)境化學指導教師戴樹桂張振家200051『牛JF人學博論業(yè)摘要過時糟蜜酒精廢水兩相UASB一活’H污泥膜法組合處理結合_L藝較傘面系統(tǒng)的研充,川以得到以_卜自論1試驗結果表明,通過對各相反應器運行參數(shù)進行R蟲擰削,使產(chǎn)酸十J提高廠產(chǎn)酸發(fā)酵的相對收率,使產(chǎn)甲烷相的處理能力和運汀穩(wěn)定降穴幅度提商。使耀個系統(tǒng)的處理能力增大,并且使系統(tǒng)具有較強的抗負衙沖擊能力,使運行更加穩(wěn)定。征酸化反應器中,進水TOC達到17000MG/L,玄除率約為35%,進水硫酸根雖達到16000MG/L以上,并未發(fā)生抑制現(xiàn)象,硫峻根的去除率在70%左右,糖蜜酒精廢水酸化率在50%左右。甲烷段負荷達到10KGCOD/M3L,去除率50%左右,揮發(fā)酸的平均去除率為76%。其中,揮發(fā)酸中乙酸、丁酸和戊酸幾乎100%被代謝掉,殘余的揮發(fā)酸主要是丙酸。整個系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,對糖蜜糟液的處理可達70%以上,處理效果較好,有利于后段的進步處理;2活性污泥一膜生物反應器作為后處理工藝處理糖蜜酒精廢水是叫J的,當反應器窬積負荷存27KG/M3D時出水CODC,可降至900MG/L左右,去除率達到60%以上;懸浮物去除率可達到100%,色度去除50~60%。但廢水中難降解物質(zhì)焦糖去除率較小。一T第三部分是玉米酒精廢水高溫UASB處理技術研究。本部分主要解決了困擾我田北H酒精廠的高蛋白、高懸浮物的以玉米為原料的酒精發(fā)酵廢水的處理難題。試驗結果表明高溫55℃UASB反應器可有效處理酒精糟液,容積負荷高達20KG/M3/D以上,COD去除率在90%以上,水力停留時間縮短至14天,較傳統(tǒng)藝效率可提高5倍以上。一4、關鍵詞上流式厭氧污泥床UASB,蛋氨酸III,惡臭有機硫,生物除疑,糖蜜酒精廢水,玉米酒精廢水,兩相UASB,高濃度有機工業(yè)廢水,活性打泥膜法,色譜/質(zhì)譜分析
