簡介:分類號TK124單位代碼單位代碼10190研究生學(xué)號研究生學(xué)號201301006密級無碩士學(xué)位論文航天器常用固體材料接觸熱阻測量系統(tǒng)的研究RESEARCHONTHEMEASUREMENTSYSTEMOFTHERMALCONTACTRESISTANCEOFAEROSPACESOLIDMATERIALS研究生姓研究生姓名名韓雪峰專業(yè)業(yè)機械工程指導(dǎo)教師姓名指導(dǎo)教師姓名韓冬指導(dǎo)教師指導(dǎo)教師職稱職稱講師2016年4月碩士學(xué)位論文II摘要接觸熱阻問題影響廣泛,尤其對航天領(lǐng)域具有重要的應(yīng)用價值,已成為航天領(lǐng)域中一個重要的參數(shù)因素,準(zhǔn)確掌握航天常用固體材料間的接觸熱阻值,可以經(jīng)濟、有效的設(shè)計航天器。本文對接觸熱阻測量的測量原理進行了研究,并依據(jù)穩(wěn)態(tài)法測量原理設(shè)計出測量接觸熱阻的測量裝置;研究、分析、設(shè)計測量裝置的各個分系統(tǒng);利用有限元軟件ANSYS對測量系統(tǒng)進行了仿真分析。另外,本文提出的兩種計算接觸熱阻的方法基于分形理論建立與實際狀態(tài)相符的粗糙表面接觸模型,結(jié)合微凸體彈性變形理論,采用數(shù)學(xué)方法得到接觸熱阻的理論計算方法;并建立了兩粗糙表面接觸模型并進行了有限元分析和計算接觸熱阻。由測量系統(tǒng)的分析和模擬可知本文設(shè)計的測量接觸熱阻的系統(tǒng)裝置具有較高的測量精度和較廣泛的應(yīng)用場合,對工程應(yīng)用和航天領(lǐng)域具有一定的應(yīng)用價值。關(guān)鍵詞接觸熱阻測量系統(tǒng)數(shù)值計算有限元模擬
