簡介:Y773380學(xué)校代碼10264研究生學(xué)號T0105L海水產(chǎn)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文題英文題目專業(yè)研究方向姓名指導(dǎo)教師東海區(qū)小黃魚漁業(yè)生物學(xué)動態(tài)特征及其漁業(yè)資源管理的研究STUDYONTHEDYNAMICCHARACTERISTICOFFISHERYBIOLOGYANDTHEFISHERYRESOURCEMANAGEMENTOFREDLIOCROAKERINTHEEASTCHINASEA漁業(yè)資源漁業(yè)資源評估與管理林龍山黃碩琳教授程家驊研究員二OO五年五月十五目析和探討了東海區(qū)小黃魚的最適產(chǎn)量Y。。和總允許漁獲量TAC。并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外常用的漁業(yè)資源管理方法以及目前我國主要漁業(yè)管理措施,提出適合小黃魚漁業(yè)資源管理的目標(biāo)和應(yīng)采取的措施。研究結(jié)果表明,從1963年到1983年再到2001年期間,小黃魚個(gè)體小型化、低齡化現(xiàn)象日益加劇,平均體長從1963的22423RAM,下降到1983年的1523LMM,再下降到2001年的12097MM,平均年齡從1963年的566齡下降到1983年的199齡,再下降到2001年的O923齡,個(gè)體生長速度加快,生長參數(shù)K值從1963的O24增大到1983年O44,再到2001年的055,體重拐點(diǎn)年齡呈現(xiàn)逐漸變小的趨勢,從1963年的380齡變4N1983年的195齡,到2001年僅為167齡,個(gè)體性成熟提早,種群處于生長型捕撈過度2002年的漁業(yè)生物學(xué)現(xiàn)狀表明小黃魚生物學(xué)參數(shù)發(fā)生了較大變化,漁獲物以幼魚為主,漁業(yè)資源利用狀況不合理,現(xiàn)有捕撈規(guī)格有待進(jìn)一步調(diào)整;當(dāng)前小黃魚的最大持續(xù)產(chǎn)量MSY為1262104T,總允許漁獲量TAC。。為952104T,TAC。為798】04T,表面上看,其資源發(fā)生量處于歷史較高水平,但由于漁獲物幼魚比例相當(dāng)高、產(chǎn)值低下,資源尚未真正恢復(fù)。在充分分析以上研究結(jié)果和小黃魚漁業(yè)資源管理所應(yīng)考慮的各種因素之后,浞出合理漁業(yè)資源管理目標(biāo)的具體建議,一是嚴(yán)格控制捕撈力量,并逐漸實(shí)現(xiàn)“負(fù)”增長;二是加強(qiáng)宣傳教育,增強(qiáng)漁民對保護(hù)漁業(yè)資源意義的認(rèn)識;三是加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)目尺寸限制和漁獲物幼魚比例檢查,增強(qiáng)處罰力度四是把小黃魚開捕年齡定為17齡,開捕體長為170MM;五是盡快采取TAC管理制度,對漁獲量進(jìn)行配制,小黃魚TAC理論目標(biāo)值應(yīng)為79810AT,并可在此基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)降低。關(guān)鍵詞小黃魚,漁業(yè)生物學(xué),動態(tài)特征,資源評估,漁業(yè)資源管理,東海區(qū)

簡介:湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文大猿葉蟲滯育誘導(dǎo)及滯育后生物學(xué)特性的研究姓名王小平申請學(xué)位級別博士專業(yè)作物栽培學(xué)與耕作學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師游蘭韶戈峰20040401∞MM“N括滯育比例依次降低;取食衰老葉片趨于誘導(dǎo)滯育。食料對大猿葉蟲滯育誘導(dǎo)的影響僅在一定的溫度和光周期范圍內(nèi)才會表達(dá)出來。對不同寄主葉片營養(yǎng)成分含量測定,分析表明,葉片中脂類和葉綠素分別與水分相互作用調(diào)節(jié)滯育的發(fā)生。4、光周期和溫度對滯育后成蟲生物學(xué)特性的影響在25℃下,光周期LDL410和LDL212對成蟲滯育后的生殖力、存活率、壽命、總產(chǎn)卵量、平均產(chǎn)卵量均無顯著影響。在長日照LDL4LO下,溫度18℃,22℃和25℃對滯育后成蟲的生物學(xué)特性具有明顯的影響,隨溫度的降低,總產(chǎn)卵量隨溫度下降呈降低趨勢,但無顯著差異;平均產(chǎn)卵量隨溫度下降而顯著降低;滯育后雌蟲壽命亦隨溫度降低顯著延長,但雄蟲滯育后壽命差異不顯著。18℃下少量個(gè)體被再次誘導(dǎo)滯育。5、大猿葉蟲滯育持續(xù)期對其滯育后生物學(xué)特性的影響在自然條件和恒定條件下,對非滯育和自然滯育持續(xù)期約為5、9、16、22、29、34、47個(gè)月的大猿葉蟲成蟲壽命和生殖力進(jìn)行了測定。結(jié)果表明,非滯育成蟲的壽命顯著長于經(jīng)歷約5、9、16個(gè)月滯育的成蟲滯育后壽命,但不顯著長于經(jīng)歷約22、29、34、47個(gè)月滯育成蟲。非滯育雌蟲具有長的產(chǎn)卵前期和產(chǎn)卵期,其每雌總產(chǎn)卵量、早期產(chǎn)卵量、平均產(chǎn)卵量和每日的產(chǎn)卵量顯著低于經(jīng)歷滯育的雌蟲經(jīng)歷約5個(gè)月滯育的雌蟲除外。在經(jīng)歷滯育的個(gè)體中,產(chǎn)卵前期差異很小,每雌總產(chǎn)卵量、早期產(chǎn)卵量、平均產(chǎn)卵量和滯育后壽命、產(chǎn)卵期以滯育期22個(gè)月的雌蟲最高或最長,滯育期2934個(gè)月的雌蟲次之,滯育期516個(gè)月的雌蟲最低。6、大猿葉蟲親代滯育持續(xù)期對其子代繁殖的影響存25℃、LDL212條件下,測定了大猿葉蟲親代滯育持續(xù)期約5、9、22、34個(gè)月對其子代生物學(xué)特性的影響。不同親代卵孵化率,及子代蛹存活率、產(chǎn)卵量、非滯育成蟲壽命均無顯著差異。非滯育親代的卵和子代幼蟲發(fā)育似乎需要更長時(shí)間,但其非滯育成蟲壽命較短。親代經(jīng)歷約34個(gè)月滯育的子代卵和幼蟲發(fā)育時(shí)間短,但蛹期較長。非滯育親代的子代幼蟲存活率顯著低于親代經(jīng)歷滯育的子代幼蟲,親代滯育持續(xù)期對子代幼蟲存活率影響不顯著。非滯育親代的子代成蟲滯育發(fā)生顯著低于親代經(jīng)歷滯育的子代成蟲。研究結(jié)果表明,光周期、溫周期和食料因子對大猿葉蟲滯育誘導(dǎo)的調(diào)節(jié)作用,決定了該蟲春季發(fā)生一代、秋季發(fā)生三代。大猿葉蟲成蟲個(gè)體問壽命、生殖力和滯育持續(xù)期的變異,以及滯育持續(xù)期對予代繁殖的影響,構(gòu)成了該蟲分散適應(yīng)策略的一部分。本研究填補(bǔ)了短曰照型昆蟲滯育誘導(dǎo)光周期鐘機(jī)制研究的空白,證實(shí)了滯育誘導(dǎo)的溫周期反應(yīng)中存在一個(gè)溫期反應(yīng)閾值溫度,報(bào)道了自然滯育持續(xù)期不同的滯育個(gè)體問壽命和生殖力的變異,并發(fā)現(xiàn)子代的滯育發(fā)生受到親代滯育及滯育持續(xù)期的影響。關(guān)鍵詞大猿葉蟲;滯育誘導(dǎo)光周期;溫度;食料滯育持續(xù)期;生物學(xué)特性

簡介:東北林業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文青楊脊虎天牛(XYLOTRECHUSRUSTICUSLINNAEUS)生物學(xué)特性及防治技術(shù)研究姓名黃詠槐申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)森林保護(hù)指導(dǎo)教師胡春祥遲德富20040601樟子松混交_林中42A小葉楊被害株率為14%,而40A同種楊樹純林被害株率為56%。以上調(diào)查結(jié)果表明營造混交林在一定程度上可以抑制青楊脊虎天牛的危害。對青楊脊虎天牛進(jìn)行化學(xué)防治試驗(yàn)時(shí)分別采用了熏蒸、打孔注藥和噴灑藥劑三種方法。其中熏蒸法采用56%磷化鋁片劑,熏蒸時(shí)間為6D。結(jié)果顯示,LOG/M3以上劑量可以將天牛100%殺死。打孔注藥試驗(yàn)所用藥劑為大力士和氧化樂果,藥效分別為7113%和7094%,用藥后存活幼蟲已經(jīng)無法越冬。噴灑試驗(yàn)所用藥劑為3%的氯氰菊酯微膠囊水懸浮劑和8%綠色威雷,結(jié)果表明兩種藥劑防治成蟲效果都在75%以上,直接噴于蟲體的效果好于噴在樹干上的效果。兩種藥劑相比較,進(jìn)行噴干防治效果基本一樣,而噴灑蟲體試驗(yàn)結(jié)果貝Ⅱ顯示綠色威雷效果更好。關(guān)鍵詞青楊脊虎天牛發(fā)育進(jìn)度空間分布抗蟲品系混交林化學(xué)防治
