簡(jiǎn)介:近來(lái)隨著WEB20的出現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一“第四媒體”發(fā)展迅速。博客作為“自媒體”綜合了文字、圖片、音頻、視頻、超鏈接等多層次、多樣化的呈現(xiàn)手段為科技傳播提供更多的參與性。通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)或者手機(jī)更新博客傳遞最新的科學(xué)信息通過(guò)博客網(wǎng)站、頻道及圈子充分整合國(guó)內(nèi)外豐富的科學(xué)資源建立快速的互動(dòng)通道實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)“草根”、“精英”之間的交流?!安┛痛钆_(tái)科學(xué)唱戲”科學(xué)博客成為公眾參與科學(xué)的新陣地??茖W(xué)博客是指借助WEB20技術(shù)平臺(tái)以網(wǎng)絡(luò)日志為載體傳播科學(xué)知識(shí)、科學(xué)精神、科學(xué)文化、科學(xué)方法的科學(xué)技術(shù)傳播新形式。在科學(xué)技術(shù)傳播語(yǔ)境下按照傳遞科學(xué)信息的專業(yè)性和組織性大致可以將博客分為專家學(xué)者個(gè)人博客以方舟子等為代表、科學(xué)共同體博客圈以科學(xué)網(wǎng)博客群為代表、門戶網(wǎng)站科學(xué)博客圈以新浪科學(xué)博客圈為代表、散見于民間的科學(xué)愛好者博客等四類博客在科學(xué)信息的傳播中通過(guò)“一手”原創(chuàng)性信息和鏈接轉(zhuǎn)載形式傳遞最新的重大科學(xué)事件讓公眾從更廣范圍、更深層次了解科學(xué)參與科學(xué)。通過(guò)對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)科學(xué)博客傳播模式及手法的分析結(jié)合512汶川地震、甲型流感等重大突發(fā)事件明確科技傳播語(yǔ)境下科學(xué)博客的基本內(nèi)涵及分類并對(duì)四類型博客的特點(diǎn)及傳播手法進(jìn)行深刻闡述本文從傳播學(xué)理論上全面剖析科學(xué)博客的線性傳播過(guò)程從實(shí)踐中探討科學(xué)博客的功能特色以及現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策以期對(duì)科學(xué)博客提出更有意義和價(jià)值的研究成果。隨著國(guó)民科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的提高科學(xué)博客的受眾群進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大博客網(wǎng)站、頻道甚至圈子通過(guò)“把關(guān)人”議題設(shè)置、適時(shí)引導(dǎo)能夠有效擴(kuò)大科學(xué)信息源變成科技傳播中的參與式媒體;形成“科學(xué)沙龍”刀玎強(qiáng)科學(xué)資源的共享性架設(shè)科學(xué)交流平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)專家學(xué)者和公眾科學(xué)愛好者甚至政府之間的互動(dòng)提高公民科學(xué)素養(yǎng)。通過(guò)政府、NGO、科學(xué)家的支持科學(xué)博客的信息傳播已經(jīng)在重大科學(xué)事件尤其是突發(fā)性事件中取得很好的傳播效果。盡管如此科學(xué)博客的信息傳播還處于探索階段。公眾缺乏科學(xué)參與感、科學(xué)家“埋頭實(shí)驗(yàn)室”不能充分與公眾互動(dòng);把關(guān)人缺失使科技傳播信息良莠不齊易陷入娛樂化、低俗化的窘境解決這些問(wèn)題必須加強(qiáng)科學(xué)家及公眾博客傳播熱情加強(qiáng)博客科學(xué)信息的篩選提高把關(guān)人水平借鑒國(guó)外先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)不斷完善科學(xué)博客的傳播機(jī)制。
