簡(jiǎn)介:⑧申請(qǐng)同濟(jì)大學(xué)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文城鎮(zhèn)污水處理AMON一體化工藝研發(fā)及機(jī)理研究國(guó)家“十五”科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目編號(hào)2003BA808A17“863”青年基金項(xiàng)目編號(hào)2004AA649310、培養(yǎng)單位環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院一級(jí)學(xué)科環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程二級(jí)學(xué)科環(huán)境科學(xué)研究生劉長(zhǎng)青指導(dǎo)教師趙建夫教授副指導(dǎo)教師張亞雷教授二OO六年十二月摘要的生長(zhǎng)方式條件能夠形成特定的硝化細(xì)菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)和優(yōu)勢(shì)菌株。2不同的初始NH3N濃度不同填充比的硝化試驗(yàn)表明,單位生物膜上硝化能力有一個(gè)臨界值,超過(guò)此臨界值,必須增加生物膜的量才可以維持良好的硝化效果。不同的初始N03一N濃度不同填充比的反硝化試驗(yàn)表明,填充比較大,反硝化速率也相應(yīng)較大;在反硝化過(guò)程5HN03一N的降解會(huì)使N02一JN產(chǎn)生一定程度的積累,不同初始濃度不同填充比,N02一N濃度最大值出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間不同;單位懸浮填料生物膜的反硝化能力也存在一個(gè)臨界值,超過(guò)此臨界值,反硝化效果變差一體化A。O。工藝中試試驗(yàn)研究?jī)?nèi)容包括1小試試驗(yàn)所確定工藝參數(shù)中試試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明中試裝置按照小試優(yōu)化的參數(shù)運(yùn)行。污染物去除效果良好,在常規(guī)進(jìn)水溫度條件下,對(duì)CODCR和NI13N去除效率高于小試同溫度條件下的去除效率;TN去除效率中試比小試略低,但對(duì)11P去除效率高于小試裝置。當(dāng)進(jìn)水溫度下降較快時(shí),中試反應(yīng)器對(duì)CODCF和NH3N去除效率影響較為明顯,尤其是硝化反應(yīng)影響幅度較大而TN和TP的去除效率受溫度變化影響較小。2在系統(tǒng)前端增加了厭氧/缺氧段,使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)改為AAMO方式運(yùn)行,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)除對(duì)CODC,的去除效率沒(méi)有明顯變化外,好氧硝化、缺氧反硝化以及除磷效果都得到明顯提高。污泥回流比的大小會(huì)對(duì)反硝化以及除磷效果造成影響,污泥回流比越大,其除磷效果越好;與此相反,污泥回流比越小的反硝化效果越好。污泥回流比的大小對(duì)CODCR以及硝化效果的影響不大一體化A。O。工藝數(shù)學(xué)模型研究?jī)?nèi)容包括1活性污泥AIMOTI工藝反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程的構(gòu)建。利用莫諾MONOD模型對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理,求出其中的動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)。計(jì)算后得到反應(yīng)器中有機(jī)底物值S與原水有機(jī)底物S。之間的關(guān)系表達(dá)式為1001NSS1001NSOSO一0264XT2ANO。工藝BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型構(gòu)建。網(wǎng)絡(luò)采用雙隱含層結(jié)構(gòu),第一隱含層包括204“節(jié)點(diǎn),第二隱含層包括5個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn);選取具有代表性的進(jìn)水端11個(gè)參數(shù)組成輸入層向量,輸出向量由5個(gè)主要的出水指標(biāo)參數(shù)組成。經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算,得到了神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)隱含層各節(jié)點(diǎn)的聯(lián)接權(quán)值及各層閾值,并最終建立了完整的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。對(duì)模型的驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型基本反映了A。ON一體化工藝的主要特點(diǎn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)測(cè)出水結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果相差不大,神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型具有較好的泛化能力。論文最后對(duì)工藝的進(jìn)一步研究提出了個(gè)人建議。關(guān)鍵詞生活污水一體化AMO。工藝活性污泥懸浮填料硝化反硝化數(shù)學(xué)模型BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)Ⅱ

簡(jiǎn)介:有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土是良好的環(huán)境吸附材料,具有吸附量大、結(jié)構(gòu)功能可調(diào)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土合成廢水處理一體化工藝的發(fā)明使有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土大規(guī)模應(yīng)用于廢水處理工程成為可能。為進(jìn)一步高效處理各種復(fù)雜有機(jī)廢水,拓寬該工藝應(yīng)用范圍,降低處理成本,本文以酚、染料和多環(huán)芳烴PAHS等典型難降解有機(jī)物為代表,研究了有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土合成吸附一體化廢水處理工藝過(guò)程、影響因素及調(diào)控機(jī)制,建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,取得了以下一些有價(jià)值的研究結(jié)果1深入系統(tǒng)地研究了有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土合成吸附一體化工藝的效率、參數(shù)及影響因素。硝基苯酚和Β萘酚的去除率分別達(dá)到916%和994%PAHS菲、苊和萘、染料ANGEⅡ和陽(yáng)離子表面活性劑CTMAB的去除率均達(dá)到99%以上。表面活性劑和膨潤(rùn)土的質(zhì)量比是工藝中關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對(duì)于非離子型污染物,表面活性劑量在120%CEC時(shí)表現(xiàn)出最好的吸附和沉降效果;對(duì)于陰離子型污染物,則在200%CEC時(shí)表現(xiàn)出最好的去除效果。2基本搞清有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土合成吸附一體化廢水處理過(guò)程及作用機(jī)理,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)廢水處理過(guò)程調(diào)控。陰離子染料在該工藝過(guò)程中的吸附機(jī)理主要是染料離子和膨潤(rùn)土所吸附的表面活性劑的陰離子離子之間發(fā)生離子交換作用。通過(guò)調(diào)控該工藝中表面活性劑類型和用量,可以高效處理各種類型難降解有機(jī)廢水。3建立了有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土合成吸附一體化數(shù)學(xué)模型。利用研究所得到的各種污染物性質(zhì)和表面活性劑用量種類之間的規(guī)律,建立污染物去除數(shù)學(xué)模型。該模型能較準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土合成吸附一體化工藝對(duì)各種類型污染物的去除效率,對(duì)于菲、萘等化合物的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果最大誤差僅為67%。

簡(jiǎn)介:石灰石石膏濕法煙氣脫硫工藝是目前技術(shù)最成熟、應(yīng)用最廣泛的脫硫工藝,在可預(yù)見(jiàn)的將來(lái),典型的石灰石一石膏法仍將占據(jù)主要地位。而隨著國(guó)家火電廠大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的提高和排污費(fèi)征收使用管理?xiàng)l例的實(shí)施,對(duì)氮氧化物的控制,必將提高到新的地位,因此,對(duì)石灰石石膏濕法煙氣脫硫工藝進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)母脑焓怪瑫r(shí)具有脫氮能力,是今后脫氮技術(shù)研究的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。加入添加劑后,使石灰石石膏濕法煙氣脫硫工藝同時(shí)具有脫氮能力,是本研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。這既是國(guó)內(nèi)外領(lǐng)先的研究?jī)?nèi)容,也是中國(guó)國(guó)電集團(tuán)公司下達(dá)國(guó)電環(huán)境保護(hù)研究院的重點(diǎn)研究項(xiàng)目。本研究的全部試驗(yàn)研究在該研究院完成。研究從以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi)1、收集和消化國(guó)外最新的脫氮技術(shù)和工藝,掌握世界上最新的脫氮技術(shù)調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)最新脫氮技術(shù)的研究?jī)?nèi)容和手段,摸清國(guó)內(nèi)的脫氮現(xiàn)狀;針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的脫氮研究現(xiàn)狀,制定適合我國(guó)火電廠現(xiàn)狀的脫氮技術(shù)的研究重點(diǎn)和思路。2、通過(guò)小試,對(duì)數(shù)種添加劑進(jìn)行初步篩選,得出尿素在脫氮過(guò)程中有著非常明顯的作用。以此作為添加劑具有價(jià)廉、易得的優(yōu)點(diǎn),故將之定為進(jìn)一步小試的添加劑。在進(jìn)一步小試中,對(duì)吸收反應(yīng)的PH值、吸收反應(yīng)氣液接觸時(shí)間、吸收反應(yīng)溫度、煙氣中NOX的氧化度以及添加劑的加入量等因素進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,找出最佳的工藝條件,為下一階段的中試打下基礎(chǔ)。3、中試所使用的設(shè)備是國(guó)電環(huán)境保護(hù)研究院的簡(jiǎn)易濕法脫硫工藝試驗(yàn)裝置,將該系統(tǒng)改造后用于脫硫脫氮一體化工藝試驗(yàn)。研究過(guò)程中,探索了尿素添加劑在濕法煙氣脫硫脫氮吸收反應(yīng)中的作用、特性、反應(yīng)速率、反應(yīng)機(jī)理以及各種工藝條件對(duì)脫硫脫氮效率的影響。結(jié)果表明在簡(jiǎn)易濕法石灰石石膏煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)的石灰石漿液中添加尿素后,其有著較好的脫氮能力。在簡(jiǎn)易濕法石灰石石膏煙氣同時(shí)脫硫脫氮工藝試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上運(yùn)用尿素作添加劑,按小試得出的最佳工藝條件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),煙氣中SO的脫除效率達(dá)到90﹪以上,NOX的脫除效率可達(dá)到50﹪以上。4、在確認(rèn)尿素具備脫氮能力后,又從熱力學(xué)上對(duì)尿素作添加劑濕法煙氣同時(shí)脫硫氮吸收反應(yīng)的可行性和限度進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明該吸收反應(yīng)不僅是可行的,而且在通常情況下,有著非常高的脫氮效率。5、通過(guò)對(duì)反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物的分析可知,如果排漿后的濃吸收液不進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制氧化,反應(yīng)后吸收液中含有大量的亞硫酸鹽,這樣生成的石膏副產(chǎn)品將無(wú)法使用。但通過(guò)曝氣氧化處理后,有90﹪以上的亞硫酸根轉(zhuǎn)化為硫酸根。經(jīng)脫水分離,副產(chǎn)品石膏中的半水亞硫酸鈣的含量非常低,對(duì)石膏的正常應(yīng)用無(wú)任何影響?;瘜W(xué)分析還表明,添加尿素后,添加劑對(duì)原工藝系統(tǒng)和副產(chǎn)品的影響皆可忽略。6、經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)分析表明尿素作添加劑濕法煙氣同時(shí)脫硫脫氮工藝具有投資省、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低、對(duì)原有的WFGD系統(tǒng)無(wú)不良影響,有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,其應(yīng)用將會(huì)產(chǎn)生很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,與同時(shí)投產(chǎn)WFGD和SCR系統(tǒng)相比,可節(jié)約大量的資金。7、通過(guò)對(duì)SO和NOX吸收過(guò)程的分析可知,在尿素作添加劑石灰石石膏濕法煙氣同時(shí)脫硫脫氮工藝中,SO在石灰石漿液中的吸收是伴有快速化學(xué)反應(yīng)的吸收,其速率由氣膜控制,NOX在石灰石漿液中的吸收是液相中伴有慢速化學(xué)反應(yīng)的吸收,其速率由氣膜和液膜共同控制;在前人工作的基礎(chǔ)上,還提出了模型的假設(shè)條件;根據(jù)雙膜理論,求出了SO和NO的質(zhì)量傳遞速率,從而推導(dǎo)出脫硫脫氮反應(yīng)的效率方程,最后確定了方程中的相關(guān)參數(shù)。綜上所述,本研究是國(guó)內(nèi)外首次將尿素溶液添加到石灰石漿液中,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了濕法脫硫脫氮一體化的新思路。尿素作添加劑濕法石灰石石膏煙氣脫硫脫氮一體化工藝不僅不影響原有WFGD系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)功能,而且在投入相當(dāng)小的前提下脫除了50﹪的氮氧化物,因此該工藝有設(shè)備小、投資少、運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低、效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著工農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,含氨廢水的污染問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重。氮污染嚴(yán)重地影響著水體生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和人類的健康。在技術(shù)上和經(jīng)濟(jì)上,接觸氧化工藝在污水處理領(lǐng)域都具有巨大的潛力。本文闡述了生物膜法處理污水的研究與應(yīng)用進(jìn)展,以及污水處理中生物接觸氧化技術(shù)的工藝特Ⅶ點(diǎn),綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及其發(fā)展歷史。試驗(yàn)選用生物接觸氧化反應(yīng)器,其主要尺寸為直徑15CM,高90CM、有效水深85CM。生物膜載體選用立體彈性填料。系統(tǒng)地考察了水溫、HRT,PH值、D0濃度、COD濃度CN比等因素對(duì)生物膜法接觸氧化工藝脫氮效果的影響。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)分析,得到了以下主要結(jié)論1、接觸氧化工藝脫氮的最佳條件為HRT為10H左右,水溫為15℃以上,PH值為75,DO為25MGL,進(jìn)水COD濃度為400MGL左右。此條件下總氮TN去除率可達(dá)69%。2、應(yīng)用微環(huán)境理論和微生物學(xué)解釋可以很好的解釋試驗(yàn)中發(fā)生的同步硝化反硝化現(xiàn)象。同步硝化反硝化作用機(jī)理可解釋為在低D0濃度下,由于生物膜內(nèi)部存在著溶解氧濃度梯度,從外至內(nèi)生物膜可分為好氧層、缺氧層和厭氧層。生物膜具有較強(qiáng)吸附能力的表面首先將廢水中大量的有機(jī)物質(zhì)及其它營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)如氮、磷等吸附到生物膜表面,以供整個(gè)生物膜中微生物新陳代謝使用而在生物膜的外表面約12MM是由一些異養(yǎng)型好氧菌如絲狀菌、好氧硝化菌等組成的好氧層,它將所吸附的各種有機(jī)氮、氨氮等含氮物質(zhì)氧化成NON,即進(jìn)行硝化反應(yīng)。然而,在生物膜內(nèi)部的缺厭氧區(qū),由于大量反硝化菌的存在,使得反硝化脫氮在這里進(jìn)行成為完全可能??傊?,生物膜內(nèi)部溶解氧濃度梯度的存在是系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行同步硝化反硝化關(guān)鍵因素而異養(yǎng)硝化菌的新陳代謝作用是同步硝化反硝化脫氮的真正原因所在。
