簡(jiǎn)介:哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩_T學(xué)位論文摘要山于全社會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)問(wèn)題越來(lái)越重視,作為環(huán)境污染的主要源頭,企業(yè)開(kāi)始發(fā)布企業(yè)環(huán)境報(bào)告書(shū),以公開(kāi)自身的環(huán)境信息,接受社會(huì)的監(jiān)督。隨著IS014000環(huán)境管理體系、HSE管理體系和OHSAS13000職業(yè)安全健康管理體系在國(guó)內(nèi)的不斷推廣,管理體系一體化已成為必然趨勢(shì)。在缺乏統(tǒng)一的企業(yè)環(huán)境報(bào)告規(guī)范的情況下,結(jié)合管理體系一體化來(lái)研究企業(yè)環(huán)境報(bào)告具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文依據(jù)目前所頒布的環(huán)境報(bào)告指南,結(jié)合考慮管理體系一體化對(duì)環(huán)境管理的影響,制定企業(yè)環(huán)境報(bào)告的基本內(nèi)容框架。該內(nèi)容框架在少L種指南規(guī)定的基本內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,加入了環(huán)境影響國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)和環(huán)境污染對(duì)職工健康的影響。結(jié)合大慶IX公司的實(shí)際情況,根據(jù)環(huán)境管理體系的要求,首先通過(guò)對(duì)工藝流程的輸入輸出分析識(shí)別出生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的環(huán)境因素,再采用多因素評(píng)分法對(duì)環(huán)境因素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),確定重要環(huán)境因素,最后通過(guò)環(huán)境影響國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的方法確定該企業(yè)廢水、廢氣、固體廢棄物、土壤污染和噪聲污染的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。最終,在此基礎(chǔ)上,為大慶JX公司制定2003年企業(yè)環(huán)境報(bào)告書(shū)。關(guān)鈕詞企業(yè)環(huán)境報(bào)告管理體系一體化環(huán)境影響國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)哈爾濱工業(yè)人學(xué)管理學(xué)碩1學(xué)位論文第1章緒論11研究背景及意義工業(yè)革命以后,人類(lèi)進(jìn)入物質(zhì)文明迅速發(fā)展的一個(gè)黃金時(shí)期。與此同時(shí),科學(xué)的進(jìn)步和物質(zhì)文明的發(fā)展也帶來(lái)了一系列危及人類(lèi)生存和發(fā)展的全球性環(huán)境問(wèn)題“廢水、廢氣、廢棄物”等物質(zhì)污染加劇、噪音污染、溫室效應(yīng)、大氣臭氧層破壞以及核污染等。隨著一系列環(huán)境污染事件的發(fā)生,環(huán)境問(wèn)題引起了世界的關(guān)注。1972年,聯(lián)合國(guó)在斯德哥爾摩召開(kāi)人類(lèi)環(huán)境大會(huì)并發(fā)表了人類(lèi)環(huán)境宣言,環(huán)境問(wèn)題第一次被提高到世界政治舞臺(tái)。1987年,聯(lián)合國(guó)通過(guò)了著名的BRUNDTLAND報(bào)告我們共同的未來(lái)1987UNWCED,正式提出了人類(lèi)社會(huì)“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”這一概念,即人類(lèi)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展應(yīng)該是“既滿足當(dāng)代人的需要,又不對(duì)后代人滿足其需求能力構(gòu)成危害的發(fā)展’”。1992年,聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境與發(fā)展大會(huì)UNCED在巴西里約熱內(nèi)盧召開(kāi),會(huì)議通過(guò)了里約環(huán)境與發(fā)展宣言THERIODECLARALLOLL和二十一世紀(jì)議程AGENDA21兩個(gè)綱領(lǐng)性文件,標(biāo)志著“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”理論升華到“可持續(xù)發(fā)展”戰(zhàn)略。企業(yè)作為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的基本細(xì)胞,既是工業(yè)污染發(fā)生的主要源頭,又是可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的微觀主體。企業(yè)在環(huán)境問(wèn)題與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中扮演著十分重要的角色Z。此時(shí)如何在可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略框架下謀求企業(yè)、社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境的共同持續(xù)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,成為一個(gè)具有深遠(yuǎn)意義的重要課題。環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)已導(dǎo)致政府、公司的股東、綠色消費(fèi)者、環(huán)境組織、新聞媒體等利益各方對(duì)公司的環(huán)境行為日益關(guān)注,他們認(rèn)為自己有權(quán)利和義務(wù)監(jiān)控公司行動(dòng)而產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境影響,為此需要了解公司有關(guān)環(huán)境的全面信息31在這種情況下,西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的一些公司,特別是著名的跨國(guó)公司,迫于政府和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的壓力以及自身發(fā)展的需要,于19世紀(jì)70年代在財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告中披露企業(yè)環(huán)境信息’。經(jīng)過(guò)30多年的發(fā)展,企業(yè)環(huán)境信息的披露形式己由最初作為公司年度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告“管理層分析與討論”的組成部分,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣灸甓蓉?cái)務(wù)報(bào)告的獨(dú)立部分,進(jìn)而發(fā)展到今天的獨(dú)立年度環(huán)境報(bào)告披露企業(yè)環(huán)境信息的行業(yè)由最初的環(huán)境污染型行業(yè)擴(kuò)展到其他所有行業(yè)企業(yè)環(huán)境報(bào)告的內(nèi)容由最初的環(huán)境影響信息擴(kuò)展到環(huán)境業(yè)績(jī)和環(huán)境會(huì)計(jì)信息企業(yè)

簡(jiǎn)介:本課題結(jié)合以前單級(jí)厭氧、單級(jí)好氧和厭氧-好氧聯(lián)合廢水處理的實(shí)驗(yàn)和工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用一體化概念,將高效的厭氧流化床和好氧流化床反應(yīng)器通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,合理組合在一個(gè)反應(yīng)器內(nèi)形成新型厭氧好氧一體化反應(yīng)器,并加入新型聚合物多孔載體用于固定化微生物處理高濃度有機(jī)廢水,實(shí)驗(yàn)中對(duì)一體化厭氧流化床好氧外循環(huán)流化床反應(yīng)器的啟動(dòng)及運(yùn)行特性進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)聚合物多孔載體的微生物固定化性能進(jìn)行了考察,對(duì)基質(zhì)降解動(dòng)力學(xué)和微生物生長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力學(xué)作了研究。另一實(shí)驗(yàn)中還對(duì)一體化缺氧流化床好氧內(nèi)循環(huán)流化床反應(yīng)器的脫氮性能做了初步研究。后期實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)新型多孔膜微囊載體的微生物固定化性能做了靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)實(shí)考察。一體化厭氧流化床好氧外循環(huán)流化床反應(yīng)器的啟動(dòng)及運(yùn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)表明在一體化厭氧流化床好氧外循環(huán)流化床反應(yīng)器中加入新型聚合物多孔載體,在16~24℃的自然溫度下,采用遞增負(fù)荷、厭氧和好氧分期啟動(dòng)的方式,系統(tǒng)可以在38天內(nèi)達(dá)到較好的啟動(dòng)效果;在系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷運(yùn)行期內(nèi),控制進(jìn)水PH為70,厭氧回流比3~5,好氧曝氣量036~050M3H,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)總進(jìn)水COD濃度均值為36018MGL,總出水COD濃度均值為3840MGL,系統(tǒng)容積負(fù)荷均值為254KGCODM3D,系統(tǒng)總HRT均值為351H時(shí),系統(tǒng)總COD去除率均值達(dá)906%。對(duì)生物顆粒進(jìn)行掃描電鏡SEM分析發(fā)現(xiàn),厭氧區(qū)和好氧區(qū)內(nèi)的載體均掛上了生物膜,形成的生物顆粒球形度很好,載體厭氧區(qū)生物顆粒表面及內(nèi)孔中均附著了一定量的微生物,主要是產(chǎn)甲烷球菌和產(chǎn)甲烷桿菌。一體化缺氧流化床好氧內(nèi)循環(huán)流化床反應(yīng)器的脫氮實(shí)驗(yàn)表明當(dāng)進(jìn)水NH3N濃度為2803~3507MGL,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的NH3N去除率在685~917%,平均為810%。后期實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)新型多孔膜微囊載體微生物固定化性能進(jìn)行了靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)研究。

簡(jiǎn)介:北京工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AAA一體化工藝脫氮除磷與過(guò)程控制研究姓名張善鋒申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)環(huán)境工程指導(dǎo)教師王淑瑩20070501北京工業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文反硝化和除磷等生化反應(yīng)的進(jìn)程,大大提高反應(yīng)器工藝過(guò)程的計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制水平;耐沖擊負(fù)荷能力強(qiáng),處理效果好,系統(tǒng)的COD和TN的平均出水分別為50M∥L和10MG/L左右,污泥的SVI也能維持在100ML悖上下,沉淀性能良好;節(jié)省運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,相比傳統(tǒng)的靜態(tài)控制能節(jié)省20%的能耗。在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)研制的污水生物反應(yīng)過(guò)程智能自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)在中試試驗(yàn)中成功的進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用,控制性能穩(wěn)定,控制效果良好,為在示范工程的應(yīng)用奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。在連續(xù)流AAA系統(tǒng)中控制低溶解氧DOO5MG/L,在常溫2L士L℃下,以實(shí)際生活污水為原水,成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了穩(wěn)定的短程生物脫氮。亞硝化率穩(wěn)定在80%一85%之間。并且應(yīng)用實(shí)時(shí)控制策略對(duì)系統(tǒng)脫氮過(guò)程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,將硝化控制在氨氧化完成階段,避免了過(guò)渡曝氣,優(yōu)化了污泥的生物種群,在常溫、正常溶解氧和中性PH下,實(shí)現(xiàn)了高效穩(wěn)定的短程生物脫氮,亞硝酸鹽積累率達(dá)到96%以上。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)磷在AAA一體化工藝中的去除,在進(jìn)水前端設(shè)置了厭氧區(qū)和進(jìn)行回流污泥脫氮的缺氧區(qū)。原水中提供充足的易降解有機(jī)物利于聚磷菌合成PHA進(jìn)行磷的釋放,并在一個(gè)交替好氧/缺氧反應(yīng)周期內(nèi),分別營(yíng)造出“厭氧一好氧”和“厭氧一缺氧”兩種微生物生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境。通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的運(yùn)行強(qiáng)化,成功培養(yǎng)和富集出在好氧階段以02為電子受體的聚磷菌和在缺氧階段以N03一或N02’為電子受體的反硝化聚磷菌,實(shí)現(xiàn)了AAA一體化反應(yīng)器對(duì)磷的全程去除。試驗(yàn)證明,缺氧吸磷是影響磷去除的關(guān)鍵階段。利用在線控制,將缺氧吸磷控制在反硝化結(jié)束階段,避免磷的二次釋放,優(yōu)化了系統(tǒng)的總體除磷性能,磷的去除率在75%以匕。簡(jiǎn)而言之,本研究在開(kāi)發(fā)AAA一體化工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)展污水生物脫氮除磷過(guò)程控制研究,建立了AAA一體化工藝的在線實(shí)時(shí)控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的智能控制;穩(wěn)定并優(yōu)化了AAA一體化系統(tǒng)脫氮除磷的性能,確保了系統(tǒng)處理效果的穩(wěn)定尤其是短程脫氮和反硝化除磷兩種污水處理新技術(shù)和實(shí)時(shí)控制技術(shù)在AAA一體化工藝中的有效結(jié)合,節(jié)省了能耗,降低了運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,達(dá)到有效提高城市污水尤其是低C/N比值城市污水脫氮除磷的效果和自動(dòng)控制管理水平的目的。關(guān)鍵詞污水處理;脫氮除磷AAA工藝過(guò)程控制

簡(jiǎn)介:東南大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文多箱一體化活性污泥工藝優(yōu)化與過(guò)程控制研究姓名竇月芹申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專(zhuān)業(yè)環(huán)境工程指導(dǎo)教師呂錫武20070929蔓塑叁堂堡£蘭些望塞驗(yàn)證。采用常規(guī)檢測(cè)指標(biāo)作為模型的輸入輸出組分,過(guò)程速率方程采用線性表達(dá)式。對(duì)五箱工藝,試驗(yàn)確定各反應(yīng)速率常數(shù),得出化學(xué)計(jì)量系數(shù)C2,帕為O15GN/GCOD,丘吼為022GP/GCOD,工藝過(guò)程中好氧包括缺氧吸磷量與厭氧釋磷量比的均值為I315。研究結(jié)果表明模型能夠系統(tǒng)描述工藝去除氮磷的完整過(guò)程,預(yù)測(cè)階段時(shí)間與反應(yīng)池內(nèi)各污染物降解的關(guān)系以及不同進(jìn)水水質(zhì)下去除氮磷所需的碳源量,適用于工藝的過(guò)程控制。4階段轉(zhuǎn)換規(guī)律的試驗(yàn)研究與控制系統(tǒng)的建立階段時(shí)間是本工藝過(guò)程控制關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),取主體階段一為重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象,試驗(yàn)研究各反應(yīng)池內(nèi)污染物以及DO、ORP、PH等環(huán)境變量隨階段時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明以城市污水為進(jìn)水時(shí),難以用環(huán)境變量作為階段轉(zhuǎn)換控制指標(biāo),直接以污染物濃度及其變化率為階段時(shí)間控制參數(shù),試驗(yàn)得出各控制參數(shù)的設(shè)定值。建立了多箱一體化活性污泥工藝階段轉(zhuǎn)換的專(zhuān)家控制系統(tǒng),由于階段的控制與其他予控制系統(tǒng)的相聯(lián)性,給出多箱一體化工藝過(guò)程控制的樹(shù)狀知識(shí)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu),并設(shè)計(jì)了階段轉(zhuǎn)換的專(zhuān)家控制決策樹(shù)。5進(jìn)水碳源含量對(duì)去除氮磷的影響與進(jìn)水分配及碳源添加控制系統(tǒng)的建立試驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)水有機(jī)物量不同時(shí),工藝厭氧釋磷和缺氧反硝化的程度以及出水水質(zhì)。研究結(jié)果表明當(dāng)進(jìn)水中COD量較低時(shí),五箱工藝有明顯的反硝化除磷現(xiàn)象DBPR,出水水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo);而六箱工藝中沒(méi)有明顯的DBPR現(xiàn)象,且出水不能達(dá)標(biāo),要考慮外加碳源。進(jìn)水中COD量中等時(shí),通過(guò)進(jìn)水分配調(diào)節(jié),六箱工藝出水氮磷能夠達(dá)標(biāo)。基于所建的簡(jiǎn)化模型,設(shè)計(jì)多箱一體化工藝基于模型的前饋一反饋進(jìn)水分配以及外碳源添加控制器。基本控制思想是碳源不足時(shí),通過(guò)強(qiáng)化工藝缺氧反硝化聚磷作用、調(diào)控進(jìn)水分配等手段提高碳源利用率,當(dāng)工藝優(yōu)化不能完全解決碳源不足問(wèn)題時(shí),再進(jìn)行外碳源添加控制。關(guān)鍵詞多箱一體化活性污泥工藝;優(yōu)化;簡(jiǎn)化模型;過(guò)程控制LL

簡(jiǎn)介:污水資源化是解決城市缺水最有效的途徑,回用是實(shí)施污水資源化的核心內(nèi)容,大力發(fā)展治污節(jié)水的中水回用技術(shù)、充分利用來(lái)源可靠的污水資源,對(duì)解決我國(guó)水資源危機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源可持續(xù)利用,具有極其重要的意義。開(kāi)發(fā)一體化的城市污水處理及回用設(shè)備,它既滿足小區(qū)居民生活雜用水的需求,又克服了必須有市政管網(wǎng)支持這一難題,由于取水距離短,節(jié)省了工程投入,更容易實(shí)施;同時(shí)節(jié)約了水資源費(fèi)、輸水費(fèi)和排污費(fèi),其制水成本較低,如果管理維護(hù)較為簡(jiǎn)單,必將大大地降低中水利用的運(yùn)行管理成本,充分體現(xiàn)中水回用的價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì),提高社會(huì)進(jìn)行中水利用的積極性,促進(jìn)中水利用的發(fā)展。針對(duì)這一背景,本文提出采用以生化和物化為核心技術(shù)的一體化設(shè)備用于城市污水處理回用。試驗(yàn)以城市污水為處理對(duì)象,中試規(guī)模,通過(guò)對(duì)COD、氨氮等水質(zhì)指標(biāo)的監(jiān)測(cè)和主要運(yùn)行參數(shù)上升流速、氣水比、沖擊負(fù)荷等的優(yōu)化設(shè)置,確定其最佳運(yùn)行工況及工藝參數(shù)。試驗(yàn)研究的主要結(jié)論如下1采用自然掛膜法,連續(xù)培養(yǎng)方式分別對(duì)聚苯乙烯和懸浮陶粒兩種濾料進(jìn)行考察,發(fā)現(xiàn)密度接近于水、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度好的懸浮陶粒濾料擠壓、變形小,孔隙率穩(wěn)定,應(yīng)用于BIOSTYR效果良好。2通過(guò)間歇掛膜與連續(xù)掛膜的對(duì)比試驗(yàn),考察兩種不同掛膜方式下生物膜的增長(zhǎng)速率、分布和對(duì)污染物的去除率規(guī)律,說(shuō)明BIOSTYR采取間歇掛膜或連續(xù)掛膜方式都能比較好的啟動(dòng)。BIOSTYR工藝具有啟動(dòng)快速的特點(diǎn),采用設(shè)計(jì)流速3MH進(jìn)水,氣水比為31,無(wú)需投加接種污泥,9天即可完成掛膜,所形成的生物膜具有耐沖擊負(fù)荷、適應(yīng)高強(qiáng)度水力沖刷、生物的固著度好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。3BIOSTYR反沖洗經(jīng)過(guò)5H的恢復(fù)期后,出水COD和NHN濃度分別低于50MGL和5MGL,6H后出水基本穩(wěn)定,反沖洗頻率一般為每1~2天1次。4生化部分BISOTYR工藝具有良好的抗沖擊負(fù)荷能力。當(dāng)COD負(fù)荷達(dá)54KGMD時(shí),COD出水濃度仍可維持在50MGL以下;當(dāng)NHN負(fù)荷達(dá)10KGMD時(shí),NHN出水濃度仍可維持在5MGL以下。5對(duì)于BIOSTYR工藝設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)影響程度大小依次為氣水比、上升流速,沖擊負(fù)荷,并且上升流速越低,氣水比越高對(duì)城市污水中污染物的去除越有利。COD、NHN及綜合指標(biāo)的去除效果最佳的工藝條件是氣水比為31、上升流速為5MH,CODCR、NHN去除效率分別達(dá)到889%、895%,同時(shí)也是最經(jīng)濟(jì)的工藝條件。BISOTYR的生物除磷效果不明顯,對(duì)于TP的去除主要使用化學(xué)除磷工藝。滿足城鎮(zhèn)污水廠一級(jí)回用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB189182002級(jí)A設(shè)計(jì)的工藝條件也可以是氣水比為31、上升流速為3MH,CODCR、NHN去除效果為870%和912%。6物化部分采用砂濾工藝,用于污水的深度處理是切實(shí)可行的,砂濾裝置對(duì)COD的平均去除率為19%,出水COD濃度穩(wěn)定在22MGL左右,對(duì)氨氮的去除效果不明顯,去除率在10%以下,但出水NHN濃度仍小于5MGL。7一體化設(shè)備用于城市污水回用是可行的,出水相關(guān)指標(biāo)滿足本課題的回用要求,即生活雜用水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CJ25189,同時(shí)也滿足建設(shè)部2000年頒布的再生水回用于景觀水體水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。8采用一體化設(shè)備處理城市污水,具有占地面積小、自動(dòng)運(yùn)行、高效、價(jià)廉、流程短的優(yōu)點(diǎn),且管理維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單,制水成本低于現(xiàn)行自來(lái)水水費(fèi)與排污費(fèi)之和,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性,社會(huì)和環(huán)境效益顯著。
