簡介:由于中國燃料結(jié)構(gòu)以煤為主的特點(diǎn),致使中國目前大氣污染仍以煤煙型污染為主,其中塵和酸雨危害最大,且污染程度還在加劇。因此,控制燃煤煙塵的SO對改善大氣污染狀況至關(guān)重要。本文介紹了國內(nèi)外煙氣脫硫技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀,分析了幾種脫硫方法的技術(shù)要點(diǎn),選取了煙氣循環(huán)流化床CFBFGD為系統(tǒng)的脫硫方式接著對煙氣循環(huán)流化床脫硫的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了研究,然后分析了電布袋復(fù)合除塵器技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn)。在此之后,介紹了靜電布袋復(fù)合除塵器的結(jié)構(gòu)原理和優(yōu)勢。利用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)CFD商業(yè)軟件FLUENT對靜電布袋復(fù)合除塵器的電除塵單元的冷態(tài)流場進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,并將兩種數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的分析和比較,數(shù)值模擬的結(jié)果為在除塵器入口進(jìn)風(fēng)箱處設(shè)置氣流分布板可以迫使氣流重新分配,改善流場分布的均勻性。隨后,為了分析煙氣循環(huán)流化床脫硫?qū)o電布袋復(fù)合除塵器的影響,設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)驗(yàn)方案。該實(shí)驗(yàn)是為了弄清脫硫系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行后,除塵器入口處煙氣的濕度、溫度、塵粒的比電阻以及布袋除塵單元阻力的變化情況,進(jìn)而得知對系統(tǒng)的脫硫效率與除塵器的除塵效率的影響。
