簡介:南京理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文民航華北地區(qū)飛行計(jì)劃一體化處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)摘要飛行計(jì)劃的一體化處理就是實(shí)現(xiàn)飛行計(jì)劃的統(tǒng)一申請(qǐng)、統(tǒng)一生成、統(tǒng)一更新和統(tǒng)一發(fā)布,解決目前飛行計(jì)劃由各管制中心單獨(dú)管理而造成的一致性和完整性問題,為區(qū)域提供準(zhǔn)確一致的飛行計(jì)劃數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)。飛行計(jì)劃一體化處理是對(duì)現(xiàn)有民航飛行計(jì)劃管理模式的一次革命性改進(jìn),對(duì)建設(shè)我國民航高效的空中交通服務(wù)體系具有重要意義。飛行計(jì)劃一體化處理在國外已有成功應(yīng)用的先例,中國民航正對(duì)飛行計(jì)劃一體化處理進(jìn)行技術(shù)論證。民航華北空管局依據(jù)對(duì)飛行計(jì)劃一體化的理解,結(jié)合自身飛行計(jì)劃管理的特點(diǎn),提出了區(qū)域飛行計(jì)劃一體化處理的需求,并與中國電子科技集團(tuán)公司第二十J、研究所合作進(jìn)行民航華北地區(qū)飛行計(jì)劃一體化處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)。本文結(jié)合民航華北地區(qū)飛行計(jì)劃一體化處理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)研制過程,重點(diǎn)論述了經(jīng)用戶確認(rèn)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和系統(tǒng)結(jié)論進(jìn)行了論述。關(guān)鍵詞飛行計(jì)劃空中交通管理一體化AFRN流量管理聲明本學(xué)位論文是我在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下取得的研究成果,盡我所知,在本學(xué)位論文中,除了加以標(biāo)注和致謝的部分外,不包含其他人已經(jīng)發(fā)表或公布過的研究成果,也不包含我為獲得任何教育機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)位或?qū)W歷而使用過的材料。與我一同工作的同事對(duì)本學(xué)位論文做出的貢獻(xiàn)均己在論文中作了明確的說明。研介“洲率一如石年‘,月歲。日學(xué)位論文使用授權(quán)聲明南京理工大學(xué)有權(quán)保存本學(xué)位論文的電子和紙質(zhì)文檔,可以借閱或上網(wǎng)公布本學(xué)位論文的全部或部分內(nèi)容,可以向有關(guān)部門或機(jī)構(gòu)送交并授權(quán)其保存、借閱或上網(wǎng)公布本學(xué)位論文的全部或部分內(nèi)容。對(duì)于保密論文,按保密的有關(guān)規(guī)定和程序處理。研究、一墊Q車J。若年,,月了。日
